I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue.

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The salesman did not review any features on the car with me. I never met the sales manager. I picked up the car after work which was a mistake. Please make sure to do your research when choosing where to purchase a vehicle. The dealership treated us like a number and not a person. Excuses without a solution. Very disappointing.

The Explorer, prior to purchase, was making some popping

The Explorer, prior to purchase, was making some popping noise, so the Reiselman shop said they changed the strut plates. After a very short period of time, the popping was back. We took it for warranty work (to our TRUSTED shop) only to find that they’d used the cheapest part available, when changing it out. There were other things too, that I should’ve noted and RUN the other way. I’ve had to have another chunk of work done on it that they should’ve caught during their so-called inspection. Bottom line, they are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! NOT out of state friendly!’ they will try and charge you 1500$ for a nine hour drive on a vehicle that you’ll over pay on! Not willing to negotiate their price! Wordless, vague MeganDaniel would not be in your court! Strictly for the dealership & not the buyer, definitely not going the extra mile for the customer no matter the circumstances!

6+ weeks and I still don’t have a title.

6+ weeks and I still don’t have a title. Drove the vehicle off the lot and had air conditioner problems within a week. Sales lady promised a fix and a call from management, but nothing ever happened. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this business at all. There’s an ethics and a character problem here for sure!!

After getting an email asking if I had any questions

After getting an email asking if I had any questions about the car I was checking on availability for, I never got my questions answered. Just a video of the sales guy. Sorry but this is a car dealership, not a dating app. I wanted pictures of the car.

Stay clear from this place

If you want a visual aid of what lack of integrity deception, and a big fat L4 LIES, mixed with sleazy salespersons or sales manager, to REISMAN NISSAN in Kansas City, Missouri. I was interested in the vehicle that was listed for nearly $40,000. I asked the sales person Mike to send me paperwork that shows history of services on the car that are recommended by Mercedes-Benz. Mike sent me paperwork, and everything looked legit. I asked Mike several times if the car has an issues, he replied with.” the car has been inspected by us.!” Even his sales manager, ANDY, lied to my face and told me that the car is in perfect condition, and it has been inspected by his team. I took the car to test drive, and it drove beautifully, but due to mud and snow. I could not see the condition of the wheels and tires. I drop the car off and ask Mike if the wheels are in good condition, he replied, with a yes. I left a deposit of $500, and then I deposited a $9500 check and the dealerships account. Before heading out I called Mike and Andy, just to make sure that the car has no issues. And he seemed a bit irritated over the phone, and he told me that he does not want to sell me the car anymore, but he changed his mind and told me that the car drives perfectly and he’s been driving it for a month, now. The car is advertise with an odometer reading of 32,000 miles, but Andy seems to love this car, that he drove it 3000 miles in one month, and he was bragging about how he drives in sports plus mode. My suspicion of the dealership grew bigger. I asked Angee if I could take the car to a pre-purchase inspection, also known as PPI. After I had the car checked by Mercedes-Benz, I was told that the car has over $7000 worth of desperate issues that need attention. The rear axle is leaking of oil, and the back wheel is cracked and air was leaking. I forward the results to Mike’s phone, and right away he said bring the car back we have 2 to 3 people who want to buy it. I drop the car off and ask Mike to mail me the $10,000 check. It’s been 12 days now that I’ve been waiting on that check. I texted Mike yesterday and asked him if he mailed my check, and he said the office will mail it to you Monday. I told him it’s been almost 2 weeks since I asked him to mail me the check, but I still haven’t gotten the check yet. The blue Mercedes C 43 is still on their lot and I’m sure Andy is very happy about that. Both Mike and Andy need to go for lack of integrity and honesty. I hope the owner fires Andy first because he’s damaging this dealers reputation and adding more issues to this $40,000 vehicle than it already has leaking fluids from every area in the car that you can imagine .

Awesome experience shout out to Beemer Anthony and Mark. Very friendly and caring to me they made my purchase very easy for me even though I live so far away from the dealership. The experience was so great I will probably never buy another Nissan from any dealership except Reiselman Nissan.

Single handedly destroyed our credit!

I purchased a vehicle from reiselman Nissan late last year (2022) and while the sales team was polite and respectful, the whole process took WAY too long. We went in around 1 pm and didn’t leave until they closed. Worst part about this dealership, is they ran our credit 6… SIX times with 5 different banks without our consent! This is absolute bull. They ran it with 4 of the 5 banks just twice and ran it will Ally twice…. “Oh their credit didn’t work with Ally…. Let’s try again cause that seems smart” like I said their sales team were polite and courteous…. But their financial department is an absolute mess… almost like they hired people who have 0 education or heck common sense in finances! Absolutely livid and will tell everyone to never buy from reiselman!

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. A few months in, I realized I needed something a different to fit my financial needs. Matt, the GM, reached out to me immediately and did exactly what he needed to do to make the situation right. I am more than impressed with his honesty and compassion. He went above and beyond to help me during a challenging time. Something I NEVER expected from a car dealership. I will purchase every car I can from Matt moving forward. The customer service, honesty and compassion really are unheard of in this industry. I am forever grateful for this help at this particularly challenging time in my life. I wish they had a car that fit the bill for right now. Just know, I will be back for my next purchase. I am a serial Nissan buyer. I have owned four in the last five years and I will be back soon.
