ALL of them he folks I came in contact were Friendly.

ALL of them he folks I came in contact were Friendly. I got there 30 minutes early and was still taken in. Unfortunately one of my courtesy oil changes had expired. That wasn't cool in my opinion. It was calculated on months and not when I actually had service done. Next car I will negotiate that better perhaps.

You purchased this Silverado As-Is. A video was sent to you prior to purchasing this vehicle indicating that the check engine light was on. This was made fully aware to you prior to purchasing this vehicle and you agreed to do so. That being said, we still offered to assist you after the sale until you began to negatively review our dealership on multiple platforms. Your threatening demeanor to the staff is also something we can no longer tolerate.

Your dealership would not even give me my key fob.For my truck and I think, you know, this, that's why i'm giving you such a bad rating, and they would not do the simple repairs on the truck to cost less than a hundred dollars

When I got there to the dealership to check in the light was not on.So you only hear in half of the story should ask me in person or ask me directly.What happened also you guys are holding hottage my remote?My key fob to my truck is that customer service or is that poor or is that me and my demeanor as you say, aggression?Is towards your employee's which I never did.That's a lie
