Recently, I went to Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth looking to purchase a vehicle. They did not have the vehicle I wanted, but the sales people were so great, I decided to take the vehicle I ended up purchasing from a different dealership to them for service. The longest I have ever waited for an oil change at other dealerships is 1 1/2 hours (Usually less than an hour). At this dealership, the oil change took a solid 2 1/2 hours. When the oil change was complete, I was informed that the check engine light was on in my car, and that I neglected to tell them it was on before my service appointment. I informed them that my check engine light was not on before my service appointment, and was then told I was fortunate that I brought it in just in time. I was then informed they could take the vehicle back in the garage to check the codes. I declined because they already had my vehicle 2 1/2 hours, they should’ve already completed that task. When I arrived home I discovered my invoice was annotated, stating “check engine light was on prior to service”… This is incorrect, and the advisor acknowledge the light was not on when I initially dropped it off. Maybe the light did turn on after I dropped it off, but the manner in which the advisor handled it, makes me have a hard time trusting anything I was told. I also requested my Vehicle NOT be put through their car wash when I dropped it off. The advisor did put a handwritten note on my dashboard that said “no wash”, but it was ran through the car wash anyway. I cannot take my vehicle back to this dealership due to their lack of attention to detail and failure to accept responsibility for something that happened when my vehicle was in their possession.

Dishonest dealer, These are the people who give car salesmen a bad reputation. I found a car at this dealership online. I inquired about availability and told that a salesman would be in touch. No one got in touch so I placed and order on their "easy online order system" that same day and received a confirmation of my order. Then dead silence. I called to find out the status and was told the car was told "no longer in inventory" ie sold to someone else. I was also told "you cannot purchase a used car online, you must talk with a salesman and place a deposit. Very deceptive info in their communication. Find someone else to do business with.

Received a WRITTEN offer to purchase a used vehicle
Received a WRITTEN offer to purchase a used vehicle Monday of this week, I responded with a counter offer Monday afternoon I reached out to the sales manager on Tuesday a short time later I received a call back from the sales person who informed another sales person sold the vehicle Monday night but that person requires financing. I was also informed on Wednesday that the vehicle was sold. I find it ironic the vehicle is still for sale but now at a higher price than the offer I was given Monday. I was going to be an easy sale no trade in or loan required. In today's world how long does it really take to get a loan? The vehicle has been for sale since September 20th, I guess they like having it around. You guy's really know how to treat a customer who WAS ready to make a deal.
