The experience at Land Rover Troy was nothing short of smooth and professional. The staff were very quick with the process but patient at the same time when it came to answering questions/concerns. The dealership is very well designed and is a lovely place with lots of room to let you think about your next vehicle.

PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE AND PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Dealership is full of dishonest people. They sold me LR with badly repaired ALL four doors and BOTH rear quarter panels. Few weeks after vehicle was delivered plaster started cracking. I contacted my sales guy Moe Salha with paint meter gauge video and he finally admitted they don't really check for body repairs. Really? So why would they sell expensive used car from "authorized" LR lot and claim that vehicle is in excellent shape? This is extremely alarming. You don't have to be an auto body expert or have paint gauge to see the vehicle was poorly repaired. But you can be a dishonest person to hide these facts just to make a few bucks on sale and deserve reputation of UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS in this competitive auto business market.

Very disappointed with them.
Very disappointed with them. Inquired about a car and talked to three different associates and they all said the samething "we just got the vehicle in and it's still in the service department getting checked out, when it's ready we'll give you a call so you can test drive it." Well now I see the vehicle was sold and they all just ghosted me. Never got a call or nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone with that type of customer service. I'm sure others had a better experience but unfortunately I did not.
