Where do I begin I made a phone call and I spoke to gentleman named Bert. He was so attentive and kind and knowledgeable about cars and just about how to deal with people which made me feel at ease. Answered all of my questions spent a lot of time showing me how to work things out on the car, and gave me the best price I’ve ever had I would highly recommend Bert!!He is definitely five stars💥💥💥💥💥👌🏽 in my book. I entered the dealership not expecting to buy a car, but to see what was available from various luxury auto makes. Bert Hall succeeded in winning me over to the Lexus brand and sold me a car during that visit.

I went into the dealership expecting to visit a few others before I made my decision on the car I choose. After getting a price that seemed a little high to me, I told them I was going to check other dealerships first and come back, since I really wanted to end my search with a Lexus. Robert came into the meeting with me and Bert and we were all able to pull a deal together that made everybody happy, especially me. A couple of years ago my wife and I leased a Lexus for the first time. Our salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and straightforward. Shortly before our lease was about to expire I was waiting for service and dropped by Ron's office to say hello and tell him we loved the car so much we decided to buy it when the lease expired. Ron did not pressure or try to cajole us into a decision. He simply laid out the pros and cons of leasing and purchasing. The next day, based on what Ron explained, we leased a 2018 RX 350, but felt that it was our decision, not Ron's. I'd recommend this dealership and this salesman in particular to anyone.

I Leased my 1st Lexus back in 2016, which was an IS 300. I absolutely loved that car, but as I got older I was looking for something more suitable for trips to my upstate home. When I test drove the NX 300 I feel in love all over again.

Leased new RX350 Sat. Mike Romani was an excellent salesman very friendly and knowledgable. Pleasure doing business with him. He was straight forward. Larry Smith very competent and informative. Dan and Mike very congenial. Andre good but typical sales manager. This is my third Lexus so I am pretty familiar with the service Dept and find it very competent.

My salesman Mike Romani was very personable and straight forward. Would definitely recommend him. In the past, with my 2016 RX350, Most of the time when I brought it in for service the work was completed correctly the first time.
