My experience at Stoler Lexus was fantastic, thanks to my sales rep, Gabby (Gabriella Pulice). I had reached out to at least 10 other dealerships, and many of the sales reps were the typical pushy, profit-driven types you’d expect. Some even had obnoxious attitudes, which made the process unpleasant. Gabby, however, stood out in every way. She wasn’t just focused on making a sale—she genuinely wanted to offer a customer-centric experience. Gabby was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information and photos of the car, and even arranged for a 3rd-party inspection with my mechanic. She also helped me resolve issues with my trade-in title, which was a huge relief. The buying process itself was seamless. Gabby made it easy for me by providing all the necessary details, including their internal mechanic inspection report, and worked with me to secure the best offer for my trade-in, a 2015 Honda Accord. The finance guy was friendly and professional, though he did try to sell me additional insurance. When I declined, he respected my decision and didn’t push further, which I appreciated. As for the pricing, I was very pleased. The 2016 Toyota 4Runner I purchased was priced fairly, especially since I was able to get to the car before it was even posted on their website. Gabby sent me photos, and I quickly reserved the vehicle with a deposit. The financing rate they offered was competitive and aligned with industry standards. The 4Runner itself was in great condition. With only 47k miles, it looked like it had hardly been driven. The interior was very clean, and although the exterior had a few small dents and scratches, the overall condition was amazing. I would definitely recommend Stoler Lexus to others, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Gabby. She made the car-buying experience easy and enjoyable, and I trust her to provide a great, customer-focused experience.
