This dealership is the worst in existence.
This dealership is the worst in existence. They ruin cars then deny their actions. They caused an oil leak and destroyed the wiring in the front unit of the car. The following things no longer work - defroster (front & rear), the a/c and heater, the radio, the CD player, the clock. I have chased them for TWO MONTHS with no resolution. Corporate is no help either. They dance around the issue until your car falls apart from the damage they do.

BAIT AND SWITCH.
BAIT AND SWITCH...AVOID AT ALL COST! Attempted to buy a 2024 Colorado. They Advertised at one price then said the dealer add-ons were extra. I explained to them they were misleading and NOT transparent. The Sales Manager kept spinning it in a way that they were and would not address the issue of the added required cost for dealer markups were required. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

As noted by other reviews, the service dept has a lot to be desired..I have my oil changed every 5000 miles. I recently took my 2021 Silverado for sevice. The tech said the the tires were rotated and the fluids topped off. Nieter of those thing occured and no wash. It used to be included but not done this visit. The next day I have the " engine light" on. Took it in they said low battery voltage. They charged the battery but I asked then what caused it. NO CLUE . Driving out, the light came back on. They have had for a week and still no resolution..Most times, i have to return becuse of poor workmanship from the service dept. There is more but choose not to write a novel

When I first bought my brand new 2024 Camaro home, I noticed the license plates were very loose. The holes had been drilled too big. They were also crooked. It took three visits to the service department to get this repaired. On the third visit, I also had a decal applied. It is an absolute mess. There are air bubbles and bumps in the decals and there is a 2 inch tear/flaw in the decal on my spoiler. The service manager had assured me that it would be done to his standards. Apparently this service department is untrained, incompetent, and have zero pride in their work. I am going to call my credit card company and stop the charge from paying.

Classic bait and switch discount tactic! Avoid!!
Saw a new Tahoe on cars.com and called and confirmed it had the $10k discount but had $2,800 xx markups so still $7+k savings and was told to fill out the credit application to secure it. Filled it out and was told the next day that I had excellent credit but the Suv had no discounts, that they had ended the exact moment I filled out the application, how convenient. I told them what they could do with their shady bait and switch tactics and I was not interested in giving them my business. Lo and behold they call me a couple of weeks later that that truck is available with $5k discounts and if I’m still interested. I don’t deal with bait and switch dealerships.
