I received a recall notice for parts in my 2016 RAV 4.

I received a recall notice for parts in my 2016 RAV 4. I called Ira Toyota for appointment, was offered shuttle assistance which I appreciated as I’m 81, and sitting in a waiting room for a few hours (although theirs looked quite comfortable) would not be good for me. Because I live a mile away I was easily able to get rides from neighbors, but the offer was a wonderful service for their customers. I was notified when car was ready, given receipt with personal explanation of itemized lists, thanked for choosing their dealership, and went home with peace of mind re: resolution of possible dangerous situation.

Every aspect of my experience was 100%!! Chris Keddington at the service desk and his team out back in the repair area were flawless! On another visit a month ago to the sales department it was a pleasure to meet Kristen Brooke . She solved a problem I was having to change two new number plates. Again flawless assistance!!
