I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Zaid was extremely knowledgeable about every brand and model. He wasn't overly pushy, which I appreciate. They were quick, painless, and fair when it came to negotiation and the financials.

I am writing to commend the exceptional service we received at Twin City Motors in Dublin, Ohio. We were searching for a used SRT 392 Dodge Durango and were unable to find one that met our expectations in Arkansas. We were very pleased to find the exact vehicle we wanted at your dealership. Upon calling, we had the pleasure of speaking with a salesperson named Bree. From the very beginning of our interaction to the completion of the purchase, Bree was truy excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, including making the arrangements for our vehicle pickup as we were traveling from Arkansas to ohio. Additionally, I would like to mention Chris in the finance department, who was also awesome and contributed to making this a great experience. I bought a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia here, and shortly after, I faced serious issues – the car wouldn’t start, the brakes failed while driving, and there were suspension problems. It seems the vehicle was sold with defects that were not disclosed to me. Not only did I have to visit the service center multiple times, losing time and money, but the dealership also tried to blame me for the brake failure. On top of that, we went through xxxx and back with the finance manager, who was unbelievably rude before finally agreeing to take the car back. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that they did return the car, and the general manager was actually nice. But overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this dealership.

AMELIA IS AN ANGEL! I was desperate for a car after mine had been totaled :( And she came through!!!!! We clicked instantly and made me feel right at home with twins auto. She even offered to uber me or pick me up so I can come get the car, this is amazing customer service! This was honestly the easiest and smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had most dealers feel shady and that was not the case here. Her and Chris had made sure to communicate every step, and make sure I understood everything along the way. Please continue to keep personable and friendly people like them around.

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Twins Auto of Dublin. I am from out of state and the process was easy. The sales rep I worked with was Yasin.
