I brought my car to Bradshaw based on my insurance
I brought my car to Bradshaw based on my insurance company's recommendation. I made an appointment for an estimate and showed the damage including the radiator. My repair appointment was scheduled for 2 months later which was ok because it was still drivable. The work took over 30 days because I lost my rental before it was completed. Bradshaw said it was because they needed to order a radiator due to "unforseen" damage. The same "unforseen" damage I pointed out at the initial estimate. The work was good bit if the estimator was competent I would've been satisfied. I will never use Bradshaw again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I went there and had issue with my clutch on my corvette
I went there and had issue with my clutch on my corvette and Marvin the sales manger was wonderful to me. They got my car fixed and paid half of it because it did not fall under the warranty which they didn't have to . And gave me a loaner . They kept me informed the whole process. Ashley was my rep and she is the best . There professionalism was top notch . Thanks for all that you did .

I love shopping at Bradshaw automotive. They make everything so easy. From their online inventory. To their online communications. Once I found the vehicle I liked. Sent them an email and a short while later received a response from salesman Don Abney. Don made everything easy once we met in person. Within a few hours I was driving away in my new Enclave. From sales to service I feel like I'm always welcome at Bradshaw.
