Not being local, I expected all sorts of issues and headaches but Becky Nicholson was amazing and went above and beyond throughout the course of the repair and afterwards. I always get service on the fly! I don’t usually make appointments for simple oil changes. They always are accommodating. But I’m ole school when it comes to purchasing a new truck I want to see and feel it~ I will never get used to zero inventory and buy it online. I think dealers will lose contact with their customers and folks will stop using service and dealers.
