We went in on May 24th to trade in my 2019 GMC Denali

We went in on May 24th to trade in my 2019 GMC Denali truck to buy another truck. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a car dealer. We had our eyes set on a red 2024 Sierra GMC. We filled out the paperwork on the red truck and we never took possession of it. Additionally, we did not receive any paperwork that we completed for the first transaction for the red truck. After a couple of weeks we find out that the motor in that truck was bad so they weren’t gonna send it to us. The truck only had 17000 miles on it needless to say we did not get the truck. Coincidentally, they had another black 2024 GMC Sierra truck set up with a lift kit on it because they knew I wanted to put a lift kit on the red truck. So we ended up buying the black truck 2024 same year same truck it had 39,000 miles on it. They only knocked the price down $100. 00. The second deal for the black truck was not straight forward and had numbers from the paperwork for the red truck that we did not receive from the dealer. We came to find out that they never canceled the loan on the red truck because the bank drafted a payment out of my bank account on the red truck. I had to fight with them to get the money back. We were charged for the paint protection $4000 that we never asked for and that we didn’t want. The coating was never put on the black truck even though we were charged for it. We’ve been fighting with Casa Gmc for a month now to try to get them straighten this xxxx out. We were over charged and double charged. We had to go to the credit union to get the paperwork for the red truck after a payment was drafted for a loan that we thought was canceled. We had to go through the financial documents to get restitution for the over charges and double charges. We keep getting referred to the GM. The GM never takes phone calls and doesn’t respond to emails. They look for ways to get out of what their obligation is to us and fix what they did wrong. They are not the home of the nice guys. They’re the home with the xxxxxxxx and the rip off guys. I will never buy another vehicle from them. And I would not recommend you going to Casa because they are thieves. I know that putting this review on there that I’m gonna get a return comment from them saying that they’re sorry for the experience that we had. That we should work with them to work things out that’s a bunch of xxxxxxxx. We want the money that’s due to us from the paint protection, and the tire warranty. I don’t care if they give it back to us or put it towards the principal on the loan. Also, we want the $78 over charged for taxes. I just want to be reimbursed for all the bogus charges and when or if that happens I will be done with this so called dealer. I am tired of arguing and fighting with those people. They lie and I would not trust the head of used car department, Hector, because he tells you he will do something and then say he didn’t. I hope this will help you if are considering buying a vehicle from Casa GMC and run the other way.

Took down payment never returned it back

Definition of a thief is someone who takes something from you with stealth and with out violence, im writing this review so that no one gets scammed like i did, if decide to purchase a vehicle From this dealership and they ask for a down payment dont give it to them untill all is written and cleared through the bank because if you give them the down payment and the deal dosent go through they will not refund the money to you they will come up with many excuses and youll have to end up in small claims court to get your money back, as for me my family and all my friends they will never do business with this organization and i hope anyone who reads this they also wont as well

I was not treated as a valued customer from the start. I was purchasing from another state and it took 4 days to close a deal. I asked my salesperson, Juan, if it would take this long if I was there in person; he told me no. I asked him to treat me as if I was in the store, this never happened. I kept getting excuses that he was waiting on Mario, the sales manager. All the while others who were there in person were driving away the same day. After several messages and phone calls, I called the internet manager, I wish I knew his name, who finally got me some answers. The finance manager, Soraya, has yet to return my phone calls and emails in reference to my registration. It has been 4 days. She has picked up the phone, but then immediately hung up. This is very unprofessional. I asked Juan to inquire about my registration, I am still awaiting a response, going on 3 days now. It has been a stressful nightmare dealing with this dealership. From the start, I told them this was my wife's Christmas gift. There was no courtesy extended to attempt to get the truck here by Christmas. The lack of respect and interaction is ridiculous. I am still stressed awaiting a response for my registration answer. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, maybe if I was there in person, but most likely not. GM should consider looking into this dealership. Juan, Mario, and Soraya have made this an unpleasant experience and by far the worst experience I have had in 23 years of purchasing vehicles from GM.

Drove 3 hrs after deciding to give Crawford another shot...

Drove 3 hrs after deciding to give Crawford another shot even though an over-the-phone online sale had fallen through. Driving up to the dealership, Carlos Salas greeted us and took very good care of us! Exceptional customer service on his part. Doing business with him was a pleasure! Definitely will be back!

Wonderful Service

The Dynamic Duo of Sara and Soraya are the best sales/customer service and the most down to earth people you would deal with during car buying. They are very real people that I've ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. I had a great experience.

Excellent Salesman and Finance Manager

Tyler A. and Soraya H. worked with us to get us the best price possible. We went just to look and without being pushy Tyler helped find exactly what we were looking for, at the price we were looking for. Once in finance we were greeted by Soraya and she treated us like we were family! So happy with our purchase! We highly recommend Crawford Buick GMC!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased and will gladly go back.
