Excellent work

Express service was right on time, Lacey was very nice to explain a lot of maintanance/service issues that was not mention to me by prior service advisors

Excellent service!

I have been to different Toyota dealers, this is the best by far, wonderful service, introducing their shuttle services to allow you to shop. I received a complimentary car wash. Only disappointing fact was the gentleman didn’t put any effort into vacuuming. (Unless it wasn’t included as part of car wash) look forward to return the service overall besides that mishap was great!

Repairs for my brakes

Joe Walsh was a great help and calming figure in the stressful process of figuring out what was wrong with my car. He gave us a great deal and was very attentive to work with. I would go back to him in a heartbeat!

The salesman Jean Preval was the reason that I went back to Prime to purchase my new car. He really tried to do his best to make me a good offer. He succeeded. He was friendly and showed that he cared

Friendly, low pressure salesmen. Great car buying experience

Great car buying experience. Went for a test drive, answered all out questions, takes about he different options and features. When it came time to negotiate, they went over both purchase and lease options. Felt I got a fair price without a stressful back and forth. Very pleased!

Complete Detail

Overpaid for the complete detail service and vacuum job was subpar. There was a very visibly dead bug that was left in the rear windshield.

Dependable service

Prime Toyota runs an efficient and professional service The gentleman who helped me was excellent (Joe Walsh). He estimated 1. 1/2 hour wait but it was an hour Pleasant waiting area

Typical car dealership

You'll find all the car salesmen stereotypes here. They will say anything to get you to sign. But then you'll find there's always a caveat for everything. Theres always an additional fee or paperwork. For example, they wanted to charge me an additional $100 a month for a different color! And for each question you have, you have to wait 30 minutes for someone else to give you the answer. I was there for 6 hours!

Helpful, quick, and friendly
