Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Very smooth and easy process. Justin Trauschke was the best! He was extremely helpful and was with us the entire process. I would highly recommend Victory! Go see Justin. You won?t be disappointed.

I hate to write a bad review but maybe I can help someone

I hate to write a bad review but maybe I can help someone in the future with their hopes up before they drive out of town. I spoke with Tom on Friday he sent me videos etc I then spoke with a Katie whom I made a appt with for Saturday. We live over a hour away we kept in touch from Saturday morning telling them when I was leaving town down to telling them mid drive our arrival time was 2:09 all was good they couldn’t wait till we got there to our scheduled appt. At 2 o’clock we are 5 miles away and they text and say sorry we sold the odyssey….they knew we were on our way from out of town pre-approved and ready. We drove into the car lot the Honda right there but they had just sold it to someone who pulled in and said “they would take it” total gut punch and waste of our time, drive etc. I know car sales man do what they do but it felt very professional and clearly the communication between salesman is lacking when you have a customer coming from out of town with a appt and they sell it within minutes of your arrival. Truly disappointing

I saw they were selling a 2019 jeep compass 68001 miles

I saw they were selling a 2019 jeep compass 68001 miles remote start, sunroof, heated seats and wheel, backup camera for just under $14,000. Sounds like a great deal right? Wrong! I drove an hour to the dealership. Frank met me at the door car was pulled out front, I felt good about my purchase until I was on my test drive and found out. There was no heated seats or wheel, the backup camera didn’t have guidelines on it and there was a shaking when I pressed the breaks. These sort of things can be expected when you’re buying a new car, except when I mentioned the shake I was told it was because there are new tires on the back and not the front. (The car actually had bad rotors). When I mentioned the heated features I was told the car did not have them but it did have remote start. Naturally because those features are a must for me I checked the posting I saw because surely it said that otherwise I wouldn’t have driven so far. It was not on the posting. I accepted I may have made a mistake and mixed this posting with another car I was looking into, no problem better luck next time right? Wrong again! I got an email notification the next morning because I had the car favorited for updates and out of pure curiosity I click the posting to see heated seats and heated steering wheel are listed as features on the car! This dealership is deceptive! They are willing to tell you anything to get you to drive all the way out to their small town to purchase a car from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I THINK YOU’LL REGRET IT!

I have been holding on reviewing them but what they just

I have been holding on reviewing them but what they just did is outrageous and someone needs to be held accountable. They sold me a broken 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it sounds like is dragging something. I am owning that because I was tired that day. Still, I went back for services right away (Aug 2024) but they refused to fix anything, even with me paying. I don't think they even looked at it. They just returned me the car. I figured I just wouldn’t do business with them again. Fast forward May 2025, today. I gave them another chance because someone I know works there. I took it for a coolant "leak" and they returned the car, AGAIN, without looking at it. Claiming there was no coolant leak. Doubtful because water is not red. Anyway, they pointed out a screw on the tire, but didn't fix it! Wth! I took it home and I had to put air on the tire, at home. Then I drove it for 2 days until I got stranded on the highway, doing 75 mph!!. It got overheated about 30 miles away from home. The coolant cap was gone with all the coolant. See pictures. Don't go there. Service is terrible, the cars they sell are junk, it is just bad all around.

I bought a 2014 traverse in December.

I bought a 2014 traverse in December. It has rained once but both front wipes have fallen apart. The car when I received the vehicle both balancing and alignment were out. The cooling part of AC was not working properly until yesterday when I took it to a mechanic only to find out it was out of cooling fluid and the hose is leaking. The radio screen has been malfunctioning by going dark or blank. I don't know what will be next. In a nutshell the person who serviced this car was either incompetent or deliberately trying to misled the buyer. Very disappointing

Negotiated for my wife and son to come in and look at a

Negotiated for my wife and son to come in and look at a vehicle. Knowing we had an hour drive and more with weather the sales guy alerted me via text there was another person coming to look at car the same time my family was. Right when they got there I got a text saying they had just sold the car. Very disappointing dealership that will try to get bidding wars or get excitement by texting there is another buyer coming the same time you are. Don’t waste your time. There is a finance with them or pay $799 fee as well.
