If I could give no stars, I would.
If I could give no stars, I would. Bought a car from them, barely a year, cylinder is blown. Just lost 6k on it. Car needs a new engine. Didn't even drive it 3k miles. They sell you lemons.

If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this
If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this place, think twice or bring a car mechanic. I made mistake of not bringing one at the time. I purchased a 2006 Lexus RX330 in April of 2023 from this place, during the negotiation step, the salesperson told me; the vehicle was in pristine condition, and everything that needed to be repaired underneath the hood was repaired. There are cosmetic issues, but the vehicle overall was in good condition. I purchased the vehicle, 2 months later the vehicle had to be towed to a shop. The shop had to replace failed mass air flow sensors, replace bank 1 and 2 oxygen sensors, flush the fuel system, bolts were missing from the air filter box, and vacuum hoses disconnected and left dangling in the engine compartment. Total over 4 grand. This was just the beginning! 6 months later, vehicle did not start, it had to be towed again. Car starter failed, over 1 grand was spent. Then last week; had to be taken to the shop again. This time, power steering is leaking and has been leaking for a while. I had to replace power steering pump, replace both front CV axles. There are more repair needed, replace valve cover gaskets, replace front and rear struts. Overall I have spent over 12000 in repair for a vehicle that is supposedly "repaired and functions great", minus cosmetics. The vehicle is about 9300 to begin with plus all fees and taxes, but now it's over 20,000, plus all the repairs we've done. We've only driven the vehicle for about 6000 miles since purchase. If this is what they called "repaired and pristine", I suggest they reevaluate their vocabulary. For everyone else this is a lesson, bring a friend who's a car mechanic. You'll either end up my shoes or just a ton of regret. This place is not worth the time or effort to purchase a vehicle from.

Bought a 2016 Kia Optima from them and within two weeks
Bought a 2016 Kia Optima from them and within two weeks it breaks down on the highway and leaves me stranded for 3 days. Mind you before this I texted the salesman JOSH about a check engine light that randomly came up out of no where and got no response. I call again to let them know I’m stranded and I had my own mechanic check the car, fuel pump is shot completely. All MultiAutos did was tell me to call a Kia dealership and that they don’t want to look at the car. The manager at multi Autos also was in on the facade and I called and asked for suggestions as to what I should do and he told me it’s my responsibility and that I knew I was buying a used car. I don’t even have my temporary plates yet and the car is completely shot and doesn’t even drive. The warranty is also xx. I missed days out of work due to this and had to come out of pocket for thousands of dollars to fix an issue that they seem to have known about.

#MultiAutosga #Fraud #Misrepresentation #lemonsales. I would advise any and everyone to drive right past this dealership and avoid them at all costs unless you want a lemon or to start making huge costing repairs right out of the gate. I bought a car with trade from this faulty-car selling dealership one evening in late July. In less than 24 hours of driving off of their lot, the transmission was pouring fluid (fluid leak) onto our garage floor throughout the night. My wife immediately sent pictures to Multi Autos (Mickey and Mohsin Aslam) early the next morning, asking what we were going to do about it. They claimed everything from the vehicle never leaked while in their possession, to that they wanted to know inspection results from a mechanic, to urging us to call and make a warranty claim, to finally agreeing to cover the repairs after the mechanic clarified that the leak had to have existed before our purchase. Now, mind you - this happened after numerous pre-sale guarantees through text messages, calls from and with salesman Mickey about the excellence of the mechanical condition of the vehicle, about having been inspected, had no issues, fluid leaks, and even offering a so-called "warranty", in the event some surprise mechanical problem occurring with 30 days or 3,000 miles. So, when we got the estimate of the repairs, #Multiautosga (Mickey and Mohsin Aslam, owner) then claimed that we bought an "as is" contract car and that they were not going to pay for any repairs before fraudulent representations about the vehicle's condition before our purchase. The classic circa-faciem tuam, or about-face practices of shady car dealerships. So again, I would give #multiautosga a negative star.
