We bought a van in March 2022. We tried to renew our registration today and there was a stop on the renewal saying we owed them money. We called and were transferred to Dominique who is the nastiest customer service person we’ve ever dealt with. She insisted that we had been sent numerous requests for payment for our registration before having a stop put on our account. WE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE NOTICE EVER! She was correct that it says COD on our paperwork but we waited for a notice and then forgot about it because we never got a bill or notice. This witch screamed at my husband and insisted we were contacted many times. She said he was being passive aggressive because he wanted to know why we didn’t receive a notice. Any part of a good experience was negated by her attitude. When my daughter got on the phone and asked her to calm down she was nasty to her and hung up the phone. My husband had called many times about a tire sensor. No one ever said hey you need to pay us for the registration. We will Tell everyone we meet how rude and horrible the customer service is for this company. Someone that is as nasty, vile and rude as that witch is who represents your company. She will lose you more customers and we’re pretty sure that we are not the first people she’s treated this way. You probably won’t fire her but you really should. No one should be treated the way we were treated. My husband is currently on his way to pay the registration which we admit we owe but never received a single notice/bill for.

Crappy dealer
They sold their car dirty with crap from the past owner all they care about is the money and then they texted me asking me to give them a positive review. The place inside looks like a teen's room with bottles everywhere and everyone vaping. But the car was a very good value So I'm good.

Dream car with the best deal
I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Maxdrive Auto sales. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to Elias Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk in to Maxdrive at 7:30 PM on a Friday night intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Elias about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Elias to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for better deal.

Bad experience at max drive auto sale please avoid
Paid 2500 down for a car fax cert truck, drove one day and had to pay 900 in parts for rear end for a total of 3400, it also took a month and a half to get out of there shop , as i made insurance and two truck payments
