Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

My wife and I came to Fox Toyota of Clinton, TN last

My wife and I came to Fox Toyota of Clinton, TN last week and we were immediately greeted and made to feel like our preferences in buying a car were a priority the entire time we were at the dealership. Elijah Jennings made an appointment for us and he served us with excellence the entire time we were there. We finished the process in record time, including our brief stop at the finance office, which made me very happy! Ron and Jake delivered our vehicle in record time to our home after our financing went through at our credit Union. Everyone was gracious, genuine, informative, and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. It was worth the drive from Chattanooga! Thank you FOX Toyota!

I called about a truck that was for sale.

I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.

The worst warranty in the business!

The worst warranty in the business! They are quick to sell you a car then upsell their warranty, however, when they need to pay for repairs, it takes a week or longer, then they still do not want to pay! Three times I have had to spend time and money on my vehicle for their warranty! BUYER BEWARE!!! Do Not buy their warranty... it's crap!!! All they care about is sales nothing else!

The WORST dealership in the area.

The WORST dealership in the area. Quick to sell and upsell a warranty but won't pay for over a week of complaints. The WORST warranty and service department! Oh but they with wash your car! After you complain about something.

2021 Tundra Limited 9000 miles garage kept and never off

2021 Tundra Limited 9000 miles garage kept and never off road. Charged me $174.95 for fuel system service I did not request and $139,95 for new brake fluid they said I needed because of the age. Looks like they took advantage of and 80 year old. Purchased 9 new Toyotas from the previous owner and was negotiating purchase of new Tundra but now will not buy from this dealership nor have my vehicle serviced here.

I wanted to purchase a new Toyota and I researched and found Fox had the type of vehicle I wanted on the lot. My husband went the FOX the next day to see the vehicle. My husband walked around looking for the specific vehicle, no one ever approached him. He finally went in where a sales manager was kinda rude and brushed my husband off. I went a couple days later to look at the same vehicle, the red carpet was rolled for me. I even mentioned to the sales manager how my husband was treated a couple days before. The sale manager assured me that’s not how Fox worked and apologized, but also made an excuse on that specific person behavior. Couple days later the sales man called to let me know they had the specific vehicle I wanted at Fox. With my husband being the breadwinner of the family; I asked him to go by and test the vehicle to ensure he also liked it. 30 minutes went by with my husband looking at both vehicles Fox had on their lot. I was on FaceTime with him, he opened all the doors, stand in all the seats, opened the hatch… and no one ever approached him! I felt compelled to write the review after reading one of the other reviews posted. My husband is also a minority and I am not!
