From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately put me at ease. Every step of the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The customer service here is nothing short of fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle. Special thanks to the general manager, Scott, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Made an appointment and drove an hour to test drive a truck that I was told “wouldn’t start” once I got there. They then tried to push me towards a more expensive truck.

Do not buy a car from Clement Auto.

I bought a car back in April and it has been in the shop since August, this is unacceptable and it took them 30 days to even give me a car to drive. The engine and transmission went out in four months. They replace a use engine and had to get another one and then the transmission went out as of today I am paying on a vehicle I can not drive and no help form the dealership. I do not want this car back and they have yet to respond on anything.

So easy, Emily is the Bomb

Worst service ever

I received a message from this dealership today cursing me out for not answering my phone. I hadn't bought a car from them, apparently one of my family members did. I called and explained, only to have the salesperson tell me it's all taken care of now and brush me off. He mixed up the numbers and called everyone but the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, even without going into their less than desirable reputation.
