Secor of New London was very professional and efficient

Secor of New London was very professional and efficient in my last appointment with them. I have a shimmying in my car at high speeds and they replaced the wheel that was causing it. A great place for service.

My first purchase of an automobile of this caliber; the 2025 Lotus Emira was quite a challenge. Sales staff at Lotus of New London (affiliated with SECOR Volvo) were very knowledgeable and helpful from my initial contact with the dealership, walking me through the ordering procedure that insured that the automobile that would be delivered would be exactly the fabulous vehicle that I truly wanted. The sales representatives at Lotus of New London connected me with the utmost professional automobile sales and service personnel at SECOR Volvo who worked collaboratively with my sales personnel at Lotus of New London to build a strong and sustainable business relationship that continues to deliver complete customer satisfaction; that includes continuity of care and quality service moving forward. I would like to acknowledge the extraordinary customer

I would like to acknowledge the extraordinary customer service I recently had at Secor Collision Center in New London. . The staff treated me with the almost courtesy and help while my car was being repaired for damage caused by another vehicle. The shop manager Mr. John Pastnak along with his body shop assistants (Ms. Joycelyn Mata and Mrs. Road Rodriguez) acted in my best interest throughout the processing of my insurance claim. In addition my car was returned back to show room condition. If you are looking for a high quality repair shop I would highly recommend seeing the Secor Body shop staff for the high quality work which I was extremely satisfied with.

Terrible, tell you your car is ready and it’s not fixed, 2 days of work I had to leave early and find rides to the shop when the problem was still not fixed. This service center is the worst I’ve ever dealt with
