I am from the state of Georgia and as I was traveling through New York, there was a problem with my vehicle. I went to the nearest KIA along my route. To be honest with you, I didn’t know what to expect since I did not have an appointment. I told them my problem and they were able to see me immediately. They resolved my problem less than 30 minutes. Very professional staff. Best Customer Service ever!
