We recently had service for an engine exchange, the service was terrible, at first they treated us like second class people. They were very rude from the get go. All the information on what was going on, was very elusive. Even with the recall, they really didn't want to take our car in. If it wasn't that the car died in the area. It would have never gone there. that dealership will never see us again.

The service department is great! The employees are always nice and friendly and my car is always done on time or sooner.
