good service, courteous and professional employees

Professional, courteous. Got a call from receptionist that I had been over billed (on credit card) by $30. I checked my receipts and she was correct. She took care of crediting my acct. for the $30. I was extremely happy that she called - admitted the mistake and corrected it immediately. That is excellent customer service and review. Thank you! Also, I have a bit of a problem walking - one of the reps offered to get my car and bring it to the front door while I was paying the bill. That was extremely helpful and generous.

Pleased again!!

We are use to working directly with Billy for the best deal. We were VERY pleased with Steve and Dan and had a great experience. Will highly recommend as we always have.

couldn't have been easier

Our salesman Sonny was very accommodating. His high energy and determination to satisfy us with the car and financing to fit our requirements made our choice to buy from Fuccillo an easy decision.

Car repair.

got it fixed. Car was in several weeks ago with a rattle; asked to check and only found a broken wheel-well liner...changed, but rattle still there. Took car in this time for oil ,change and possible gas/oil dripping. Found leak on oil line to turbo, ALSO found a broken spring. Both were fixed. Guess what? The rattle went away. Maybe that was the rattle from before that was not found.

Great service

I liked how helpful everybody was when it came down to deciding to lease or buy. I also liked how I was not pressured into making that decision and I liked how quickly everything went. Overall a very good place to shop for a car.

Great service

Work done in a timely manner. Waiting room and. Restrooms clean and comfortable.TV, charging station and WFi available.Staff polite and helpful. My car returned to me clean with no papers left on the floors for me to deal with when I got home.

We tried

We almost got the deal we wanted. Limiting the salesmans time to one hour and telling him first thing right up front seemed to work, we'd recommend it.
