Very low key dealership? Customer service was definitely not that the best. If it wasn’t because I couldn’t find the car they had somewhere else i would have definitely left. The manager was very personable but the sales people were definitely not trained. Sales guy that came up to us barely looked at us in the face . Had his face in his phone 90% of the time. Did not smile once while selling a car! We got the car we wanted at the end but definitely not the happiest experience.

Two THOUSAND dollars above the cost of a used car ?? No. There was a definite language barrier and treated me (a woman) with so much disrespect when I refused the +$2000 in fees. I would never return to this dealership.

Elgin Auto Sales and service.Never go this place.Worst cheaters working there. Wally sitting at reception he said he is owner ,sold us car .We agreed different price ,he show us different paper. Then he bring agreement.Was a rush they going to close. There was agreement with small letters.I signed and go home.Then I saw there they changed price and was not there old paper which is we agreed. When I sighned there was no an price.I dont understand how can price changed raised for 4 k more and I never saw that never signed. I think they do there something or copy my sign and put themselves. We want to return car or take off that extra. They yelling and push us out of door. I called to police. Police advaced to go lawyer or different institutions about business. There no customer rights,they are animals.They use hipnost method for selling cars.Then I went to different dealers there I found same conditon cars less than 6k.I think FBI should check their dirty work system.I will not stop here. Will go every institution and Wally should go to jail.

Worst customer service. They wanted 16,000 for a dirty grimy car. Told me all features worked when we tried the heated seats. Nope. So they lie and don't clean their stuff. Made us wait 20 min for dude to get the keys. Almost left before even seeing the car. They are the worst so not recommend anything about that place

I made a reservation to test drive a 2013 Escalade EXT. I confirmed the date and time. Even as I drove to the location, and called that I would be there in 10 minutes, i was told that the car would available and pulled out front for a drive. When I arrived, they said they “just sold the vehicle” and offered a Chevy Avalanche instead. I told them I had just called. He said he only had an email. I told them they could have emailed.
