The overall responsiveness and service was really great! Scott was very professional and attentive, and the experience all around was a very good one - I’d recommend this dealership for Mitsu lovers!

Not a good experience. Salesman doesn't return calls. Very sad. I thought I found the car I wanted. they were going to take it for a pre purchase check up for me at my expense. I had no problem with that for peace of mind. That never happened, he claimed dealership was busy and that they would call him when they could get it in. Why not just make an appt.? I've worked at a dealership i lnow they are busy. Called Jose and left messages, offered a deposit, no return calls. So, obviously they didn't agree the car was hopefully going to be mine. Think he was just outright lieing to me. Never again and I already lease a Kia from Blasius Kia. Won't be going back there either.

So sorry we were not able to hold the vehicle for you. Obviously we have no problem with a pre purchase inspection and did arrange to take the vehicle before you but someone else came in and bought it first.

Buyer beware. I have had bad experiences with car purchases, but this was by far the worst. Their website indicates a $1,000 incentive if you finance with them. That incentive is already included in the online price. If you finance elsewhere or pay cash, your price goes up from the price posted online. They will not negotiate price but included in the amounts are dealer add-ons amounting to additional $1300 that are items not needed and just there to boost profit. The salesman kept coming back with payment amounts far exceeding what was expected. When asked what interest rate they were using, he would not give us an answer and then lied about the credit score. We were not getting straight forward answers to our questions, so we walked away..

Im so sorry hear about your bad experience, even though we do list our process online obviously in this case we did a bad job of explaining it. I understand we were not able to meet your financial goals we would have loved to sell you a car.

I had a great experience at Blasius Mitsubishi in Brookfield. The truck was fairly priced, I received a reasonable value for my trade, and the entire process – from arrival to driving off – took about three hours. Joe was responsive and helpful from the start, quickly sending a walkaround video, vehicle history, and financing link so I could come in prepared. As long as I liked the truck, I knew I was buying it – and I did. My only constructive criticism is that the vehicle came with just one key. Given how common this is, it would’ve been helpful if the dealership handled programming a second key rather than leaving that to a buyer. Overall, Joe was personable, patient, and easy to work with, which made the experience much more comfortable. A few weeks later, I still love the truck and feel great about the purchase.

In over 30 years of dealing with car dealerships, this was by far the most unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating experience I have ever had. We negotiated a walk out the door price of $28,000.00 for a white Chevy van with Max Dragone. During the test drive, the vehicle clearly needed an alignment. We were told the dealership would provide the alignment with Town Fair Tires but we must purchase the vehicle that night and take it off the lot. We agreed based on that promise. During the purchase of the vehicle, we requested the vehicle be registered as a passenger vehicle. We also gave them our previous license plates and registration which were also passenger. After a month of asking and not having a registered car— we learned it was sold as a commercial vehicle which caused serious complications for us. When we raised concerns, we were told it was not the dealership’s responsibility to understand New York state DMV requirements. We were essentially forced into a commercial registration that did not meet our needs. They were told from the beginning and given the necessary documents and plates that clearly indicate our registration and plates were solely for passenger vehicles. Communication was extremely poor with management. Calls and messages went unanswered for nearly a month. We eventually drove an hour to the dealership in Danbury just to get a response on why the vehicle hadn’t been registered. We waited another hour for assistance in the dealership. The most troubling part of this experience was our interaction with Vincent Carangelo of Blasius Mitsubishi. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he screamed and yelled at me and my father over the phone, stating that what was done was done and he did not care about our concerns. He spoke to us in a rude, hostile tone and even said he would refuse to sell us a vehicle in the future. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Nobody tried to help us. Everyone who took our calls would pretend to show initiative. However, no one responded to email or phone calls with action, expertise, and proper customer service. This dealership demonstrated dishonesty, lack of knowledge in vehicle sales and registration, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional behavior. We were not helped over the phone and repeatedly had to drive out of our way just to get basic answers.

I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

My sales agent Jose Medina was honestly a super nice guy! He didnt make me feel pressured to buy at all but I actually did! And I went home in my Jeep the same day! He also helped me figure out how to use alot of the "fancy" things my Jeep came with lol. Can't recommend him enough!
