Another great experience

I had a routine oil change yet the experience was, again, very satisfying. Friendly personnel, efficient service, and a desire to go the extra mile to help makes this more than routine. It's a pleasure. Keep up the good work!

Check engine light on

Not all advisers are bad but the one I had was not knowledgeable at all. To make a long story short I took my 2014 Ford Edge because check engine light on in on 9-13-19 a Friday. Dylan the adviser said part had to be ordered when actually part already in stock. I got a bill for replacing a part under warranty and the other part cost $366. Evap cannister. Total $742. Trent was real nice and adjusted the bill down to $608. Cashiers were friendly. Finally got my car 9-20-19, Friday, today!!! They need knowledgeable advisers. He didn’t even say thank you. I had to go get my own car from behind the fence!!! We will NOT be back!!! F Adams

Another Great Visit

Took my F-150 in for routine maintenance and a new set of lug nuts. Work was completed very well and in a timely manner. Great crew across the board at Satcher.

Friendly and knowledgable people, they treat me like family

Good people that care about their customers, I know a lot of the people that work there so I have a good relationship with everyone.

Routine Maintenance

Great place to have routine maintenance performed. Work is done right, done in a timely manner, and at a good price. Always use them for my Ford products.

Amazing Customer Service and Professionalism

Satcher Ford cares about their customers and actually works for their best interest. The staff is professional and the service department provides great customer service.

excellent service & communication

No appointment needed. Take your car in or call and they will honestly tell you approximately how long it will take to be serviced. Excellent communication.

Awesome!

Everyone was so friendly and helped find exactly what I wanted! Kerri was my salesman and she was great! Would recommend them to anybody! Remember to ask for Kerri! :)

Scottie and his team take care of me!

The Service waiting room is nicely appointed. It is clean, with fresh coffee too. Counter help is efficient and pleasant. Service personnel are responsive. good experience.

New car purchase.

I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime but this was the easiest stress-free buying process I have ever experienced.I had never used the internet to buy a vehicle but it was a great experience.
