Kupper Subaru - Service with a smile, theirs and mine
Most recently I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my wife's 2013 Subaru Outback. While there I was told that a change notice had been issued by Subaru on a sensor, so we had that taken care of as well. The folks who work there have always been friendly, and since the showroom remodel the place is pleasurable to visit. It is fresh and comfortable. I had an early morning appointment and think I actually nodded off while relaxing in the customer lounge. On this trip my Service Advisor was Gary Fettig. Gary escorted me to the lounge, checked up on me once (I think he woke me up - darn him anyway) and took time to explain my bill. He actually noticed an error on the bill related to the warranty work on the sensor. I am treated with respect at Kupper and recommend them for service and sales. JP Martin - Bismarck, ND

Great Experience!
I have purchased many used vehicles but this was my first new car buying experience. Allison Gaw did an outstanding job of making the deal happen on my terms. I was apprehensive going into Kupper Subaru from previous experiences with other dealerships but she put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. She had the car warmed up and ready to test drive before I got there. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle or pressure to buy accessories, warranties or other add-ons, one would normally get pressured to purchase. Allison and Shawn were easy to talk to, very friendly and professional. This was my first Subaru purchase and will not be my last from Kupper Subaru.

Best car buying experience!
This was my husband's and my best car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy. Our questions were answered promptly without pushy salesmanship. Initially we were in the market for a used vehicle, but after talking with Richard Winking that changed. We are in a brand new 2015 Forester with a 3 year lease. Best experience ever!

Great experience!
Searched cars on the internet on a long trip home submitting requests for quotes and more information. Tom Fetsch, Internet Sales Manager, of Kupper Subaru in Mandan, ND was right on it. He was the best of all in responding to our inquiries. Tom took down our "wants" in car, hooked us up with a wonderful match and two hours later we drove off with our new Subaru. Very happy!

Very Satisfied
My husband and I are first time Subaru Outback owners and couldn't be happier with not only our choice of vehicle, but the customer service provided by Kupper Subaru and especially Becky Scharff, our salesperson! From the first time I stopped by the lot to check out several different Subaru models until I drove away in a 2015 Outback, Becky answered every question I had and provided superb guidance without any sales pressure. We took our time making our decision and Becky really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted! When it came time to pick up the Outback, Becky showed me all the features and was so patient while I was trying to figure everything out. Throughout the buying process, if she didn't immediately know the answer to one of my questions, she researched it until she did have an answer for me.

BEYOND EXPECTATION!
For many months we had test driven every make of SUV's on the market, some 2-3 times, between Bismarck and Minneapolis, MN until a friend told us about her great experience with her 2012 Subaru. Having narrowed our choices to two other makes, we decided to check out this Subaru company before making a final decision. We had a list of "must-haves" that Tom delivered in the first car we test drove. There were so many attributes that other makes didn't have that really sold us on the Subaru. Thanks to Tom Fetsch for being the genuine salesperson who treated us with respect and courtesy. We came back to upgrade to the 2015 Outback. Again, THANKS to Tom!
