Crown Subaru

This review if for Crown Subaru on Lee Hwy. in Chattanooga, TN. My salesman was Dwayne Pruitt. We first chatted on the phone after I had done some research on line and had several questions, Dwayne was very informative, patient, & detailed in his answers! In a few days I went to the dealership & was warmly greeted and directed to Dwayne. My husband met me at the dealership as well. We test drove several models in the trim that I was comparing. Once we decided on which one was the right fit for us. Dwayne checked on the availability of the color combo I wanted. In a few days I had exactly what my first choice was! Fran Gentry helped us at Suburu in Chattanooga tn. seh let us know about how long it would take and gave regular updates. When finished walked us to the car to let us out. s Suburu is very customer friendly.

Alexis knows her job and it shows in her demeanor. She obviously likes what she does and passes her enjoyment of her position on to others around her. Alexis takes special time to make sure I’m comfortable in the lounge. I’m offered, snacks and drinks which she will serve to me, if requested. Alexis periodically popped in the lounge just to check on me and any needs I might have. Upon completion of the servicing, Alexis explained all repairs as well as things that will need to be serviced in the coming future. Beautiful brand new state of the art facility, designed with the convenience and comfort of the customer in mind. Mickey Dorsey worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted. No pressure tactics. Crown Subaru service is a busy place, but Fran Gentry greeted me promptly and the wait was no more than five minutes. I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I had just gotten settled with a cup of coffee and good book when Fran came to tell me my car was done. Wow, fast and thorough. She said I'd probably need new rear brakes next service and she quoted the price. These folks are great. Oh, and I love the Outback!

From my first visit to Crown Subaru I was warmly greeted by Kiana Brusett in new car sales. Her enthusiasm for and keen knowledge of Subarus was evident right away. She was always warm, personable and highly professional. She took the time to get to know me, my car needs, and what I wanted. She never pressured me. Kiana took me on an extensive test drive in the model I was interested in to check out whether it met my particular car needs. She worked tirelessly to locate the model and color I wanted, found one out of state, and had it delivered very quickly. On the day of purchase everything went very professionally and efficiently and Kiana then spent over one hour in the car coaching me on the technology and safety features. She has a thorough knowledge of her product and gave clear, helpful explanations. Her positive energy, thorough knowledge, warmth, and ability to make a connection with the buyer are exemplary. She always looked me in the eye, paying close attention to what I said, a trait that encourages trust.
