Shady Service Department
I don't like that giving credit to the person who just so happens to pick up the phone takes precedence over customer service. My "service agent " gave me a quote of $189 and one for $565 to conduct a diagnostic test. I requested the $189 option because I felt it was just a matter of replacing a fuse . He sent an estimate for $565 and then left for the day and no one else would assist me, that day or the next. I attempted to call several times, others would tell me was either gone, on the phone with someone else, and one time the other service person stopped and said oh he's off, hey Phillip, I have Ms. Muhammad on the phone, he then says, he will call you back. I initially told Phillip that I'd recently had back surgery and was still in a great deal of pain. I had to be driven to your dealership and use my walker to come in. Phillip claimed he didn't have the correct number and had been trying to call me. Question: Why would he not get on the phone once he was told it was me, and he hadn't been able to reach me? 2nd Question: Why not call the alternate number if you couldn't reach me? My take: to force me to say yes to the $565 diagnostic. I took auto shop for 3 years in high school. Rule number one- check the obvious first. If nothing will turn on, check the fuse box. I watched the video, the interior of my car was ripped apart- they found nothing wrong, the video continues back to under the hood; burned out fuse. I was charged nearly $1k for this. Shameless behavior. Untrustworthy. Inconsiderate (I struggled to open the door to the service center. 4 of your employees were sitting there watching me. I was hot, in pain and exhausted trying to open the door and maneuver my walker- No one budged. SMH) Lastly, I expressed the need to utilize the $49 down payment option as I was on short term disability receiving 60% of my income. Phillip said yes you can absolutely use this plan. When I came in 2 days later...different story. Phillip called whatever 3rd party you use . I overheard the conversation and he found out it was a longer process and I wouldn't be able to just grab my keys and walk out. Instead of informing me, he disappeared. I went digging through credit cards and moving funds around to pay for my car. I asked the other agent where Phillip was because I wanted to pay, he said perhaps he's getting your car, I said, my car has been sitting right there in front of the service center for 15 minutes. Instead of checking me out (remember, I just had back surgery and I'm clearly weak and in pain, instead of checking me out, he goes to find Phillip) incredulous behavior! Phillip comes back takes the payment, now he's extra friendly offering water when I struggled to my car, asks me to give him 5 stars. Are you kidding me????!!!! You'll never see me again and I planned to purchase a new vehicle from you all. This will be my Yelp and any other place I can find review.

I had my vehicle serviced at Southwest Infiniti today. My service advisor, Gustavo, was very courteous and helpful. I have been an Infiniti owner for 21 years and am always impressed by the quality and reliability of the vehicle and service!

GREAT CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
This was my first experience with Infiniti and it was the very best car shopping experience I've ever had. My sales guy, Andre Scott was very knowledgeable of his product and answered all of my questions, he explained all details regarding the QX 60 that I test drove, and eventually went home with. The finance person was also very knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable in our purchase. Thank you so much to Andre for such a good experience. He's a class act and I will refer all of my friends.
