Michelle was great to work with! She really made sure to find me a car I loved. She worked to get me a good deal on my trade and presented everything in a very simple up front manner. Not high pressure but straight to the point with terms and pricing. I never had to ask many questions because she was both thorough and knowledgable. She even took the time to show me how to connect my phone and explain the mylink features and navigation system as well as having the body shop address some minor cosmetic concerns before I picked the car up. My buying experience was at buff whelan better than I would have ever imagined. After car shopping for 4 days straight and being let down, disappointed and frustrated with less than pleasant sales people at other dealerships I came to buff whelan and found a jeep in my price range. Amanda made that jeep work for me and even my interest rate 6% lower than I was approved for at another dealership, and my monthly payment is 80$ less than my previous payments! Amanda called me and kept me updated during the entire process she said she would call me at a certain time, and she did.
