I called about a vehicle around opening time talked to
I called about a vehicle around opening time talked to Harry. He said it was still available and that they would send me video of the car since we lived 3 hours from the dealership. Told him I would be heading up anyways, but would appreviate a video as well. Got to the dealershio several hours later and waited to talk with Harry about the car. Since he was with another customer I talked to another salesman. In talking with him, I find out that the car is at the body shop getting a huge scratch repaired, and I would not be able to see the car that day. I was not happy! I asked why they didnt ca and thst I had driven 3 hours to get there! He brought over his manager, who proceded to try and sell me a car I had never seen/drive. And to top it off, tried to add almost 3000 dollars worth of fees onto it. Nope! I got out of there so fast. Was not happy! Ended up getting a very nice deal at a small dealership across town who didnt try to jack me with a ton of fees. Thanks for nothing Sheehy.

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel sold me a lemon on 6/2/25 that
Sheehy Toyota of Laurel sold me a lemon on 6/2/25 that started to have serious transmission, gearbox issues as well as several other mechanical issues and a leaking undercarriage in less than 3 weeks of regular use. In addition to that they also left a rusted razor blade under the driver's seat which cut me and could have hurt my infant daughter. Unfortunately that is not where my problems ended with this dealership. I dropped it off on a Friday after the service center had closed as instructed by both the salesperson and service department to try and get some of these issues resolved under the 30 day warranty. My keys were then lost for two days and not found until after I hounded the salesman about it Monday and finally received a call back from the service department Despite reassuring me they would expedite work and give me an update as soon as possible I have not received one even though I tried to contact both my service advisor and the department as a whole multiple times Tuesday. They have effectively stolen my car the last 4 days with no resolution in sight.

Although Khalil was very kind and attempted to be accommodating of our disabilities, we came to an agreed upon price quickly, and we were paying cash for a used car, the process was long and arduous. This was extremely problematic given our disabling conditions! When I took the vehicle back to my state, it did not pass inspection (therefore costed more than I expected). This was surprising to me, since we bought it from an established dealer. When I got home, I realized some of the paperwork was missing, including the applicable dealer warranty. I called Khalil, told him about the inspection and the missing paperwork. He indicated that he would ask that the paperwork be sent over and would get right back to me. I haven't heard from him or received the paperwork. On the whole, this experience left me feeling like I never want to buy car from a dealer ever again.

For your next purchase, consider other dealership centers. Incident #1 It is a tradition that when salesmen want to sell you stuff, they will do anything to earn your business. After making a purchase, a lot would still take care of your post-transaction concerns, issues or ordeal, but not Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. In 2020, my wife and I bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from a Salesman called Johnny. Before and after the expiration of the 30-day Tags, we struggled without success to get another set, even temporary, that would carry not-outdated dates. They made us go back and forth. There was a time, we could not drive the car just because they couldn’t get their acts together. Incident #2 A few months ago, we decided to trade the 2019 Camry in for a 2025 Toyota Crown. On the Camry, we paid for a 7-year VIP which was transferable. During the trade-in transaction, the financial person, Jacob, said the system what should automatically recalculate our credits for application to the figures of the new car was down. He gave us his business card to call him or send email so he could take care of that. It was a lie. We called and called; he did not pick our calls. We sent multiple emails with no response. We also reached out to the VIP support number at the back of the card – no response. We went back into the dealership to meet Jacob, he said he did not receive the emails but that he would take care of it, and we should go. Up till now, no communication from them. Sheehy Toyota of Laurel would do anything to get your business but, after that, pray you do not need them because, if you do, you are on your own.

I’m very satisfied that I was able to use some coupons
I’m very satisfied that I was able to use some coupons with my recent 60K service. Thanks to Jessica. It’s just the very long wait that’s frustrating but otherwise I definitely still bring my Highlander to Sheehy for service. Also I wished the shuttle service was not removed.
