Write a reviewSuper high interest rates
I was offering to put 20% down on a car I wanted. Their financing department tried to stick me with a loan that had a 29% interest rate! With my good credit score, a 12% rate would have been high. Of course I got the “how much you looking for your monthly payment to be” question. When a car salesman asked that, you’re about to be taken.

Poorly rebuilt
They sell poorly repaired cars. One I looked at still had structural damage on the B pillar and they couldn’t even be bothered to clean off the circle from the body shop clearly marking the damage

Not very personable
I called about a vehicle basically told him I would purchase the car in cash as soon as I could get a ride. I got a ride 2 days later. I didn’t reserve the car because they’re reserve is non refundable and only reserves the car for 3 days. Again nonrefundable so by the time I called 2 days later they had sold the car earlier in the day. The guy who answers the phone has an attitude problem. Found a nice car for a fair price elsewhere. Glad they didn’t get my money.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!~. My husband and drove from 3 hours out of town to test drive a Honda Pilot that appeared to be in great shape on line and through CARFAX. We had put down a non-refundable $300 deposit on Friday night to hold the car until Saturday morning. As we were test driving the vehicle we could tell there was something very wrong, prompting us to pull over at a service station to get the car looked at. We were told that the car had a broken ball joint and that we should not be driving the car at all in the first place. The 2 front tires were also bald making things that much worse and unsafe. We took the car back to the dealer and spoke to them on the phone about getting the car repaired. During that call, the owner of the dealership, Omar, told me that this was not an expensive repair - $75 at most. I have talked to 4 mechanics since then and none of them have said that it could be done for less that $300. We were also told by each mechanic THAT IS WAS EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT AND DANGEROUS for us to have test driven the car under these conditions. There was a HIGH chance of an accident. I called Dana Motors this morning and gave them the information and asked that they do the right thing and return the deposit even though I knew it was non-refundable as they had been very negligent allowing us to test drive the car. I spoke with BONNIE who was VERY RUDE and told me to just go on a leave my negative review. The conversation was calm as I laid out my argument and before I knew what had happened, she hung up on me after telling me to leave my review. So here is it, DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS "dealership" !!!!! ULTRA SKETCHY! One side note, Tim who works on the Dana lot couldn't be a nicer guy. He was a real sweetheart. I so hope he finds a new job soon as it must be xxxx to work for Bonnie and he has heap loads more integrity than his bosses.

I wouldn’t go here.
Drove down from Louisville to look at a black F150 that’s still for sale on the lot. Asked over the phone before I left if it had any rust on it at all. We were told it had some surface rust on the frame and that was it. When I arrived they gave me the keys. The wheel wells were completely rusted out. The truck bed was incredibly rough with rust holes in it you could see through it to the ground. I took a look inside and it was almost as bad as the truck bed. No attempt to clean it to try to sell.

pretty good experience
Came in to buy a 2006 F-150 and no pushy sales and made the process as simple as you can make it. Came in asked for the keys salesman handed me them and let me take as long as I needed. Bought the Truck in 20 Minutes and walked out easy. THANK YOU DANA MOTORS!

Horrible people. They are thieves
Horrible people. Sold a truck to me for $6900 that turned out to be so rusted out on the frame that it was considered unsafe to drive by the mechanic. Refused to take the car back but offered to buy it back for $5900 and since I hadn't gotten the title I took the deal. They basically robbed me of $1000. Additionally, the woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and actually screamed at me when I came to get the title before discovering the frame issue. They are very horrible people, they are liars crooks and honestly they are thieves. Very shady Operation. Stay away a from their sister lot down the street as well Dana Motors, that's where the bad vehicle came from.
