Took my car in to have it serviced yesterday 1/19/18. I have been taking it in for 3 years. Every time I had excellent customer service. By Chris and the other man . They would always let me know what was needed .Yesterday there was a new guy that help me. It was like he rushed me in and out normally it takes most of the day. Well this guy calls me in a couple hours. When I went to get my car I asked if they rotated the tires. He said no I didn't tell him to I said that they always let me know what needs to be done. Anyway I left the car for them to rotate tires could tell the guy was mad about it. He was to call when it was ready. He didn't call I just went back and my car was ready. Asked him why he didn't call he said he didn't want to bother me. Very poor customer service.
