The service department at Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel is amazing. I took my car in and saw Zach. He was very nice. They analyzed the problem. It was an axle issue. Zach said to come back Friday. On Friday, he had the part, and fixed it perfectly that day. Very happy. They are the best. They do what the promise. See Zach, Craig, or Devon. You'll leave happy.

Go See David Cooper

One of the best car buying experiences I've had though it took awhile. My salesman, David Cooper, was delightful. Personable, kind, and not the usual kind of car salesman I've dealt with. He works you for as much as he possibly can. He helped my daughter get her payment to a reasonable amount. Would definitely recommend buying here.

Ask For David Cooper

I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with David Cooper and I recommend connecting with him directly via an appointment if you are thinking of making a purchase at this location. I came in to explore options on my expiring lease. David was upfront from the beginning. He fairly presented our options and was honest in which deal made the most sense, despite the fact he was not going to personally benefit.

Go See David Cooper

If you are looking for a car in the Tampa Area/St. Pete area, then VW of Wesley Chapel is the place to go. It was a great experience, from Matt the GM, to David Cooper in Sales, to Rolo and Finance. they were awesome!! The attentiveness, honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air. We had a vision for what type of VW we wanted as well as a budget, and both of those needs were met exponentially. My family and I a super grateful for these guys and the work they are doing there. I am pretty sure that the next car we purchase will be from there as well. Thanks guys and God Bless!! Like

Awesome

Enjoyed the low/no pressure environment immensely. The staff treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable. David Cooper was our salesperson and went out of his way to give us as much information as possible to ensure we felt good about our decision. Happy with our purchase and the time it took to make the purchase. Would gladly buy from them again.

Great experience buying first car.

I got my first car from VW of Wesley Chapel. It was a great experience, despite my nerves, and the staff was very helpful. I test drove several cars in a very low-pressure environment. I did not feel rushed (despite test driving for quite a while) and I chose my dream car that was perfect for me. I have already recommended it to several of my friends!

Buyers Beware- stay AWAY from this dealership

If I could I would give them NO stars. I was waiting for this car to come in to the dealership. The car came in and they told me to come back the next day because it was raining and they could not detail the car. I asked them if they wanted a deposit to hold the car so NO ONE could come in and try to buy it. They told me NO , you just bought a car from us don't worry. I " THE MANGER" will hold the keys so no one could buy it. I drove 40 miles there for them to tell me this xxxxxxxx. NO ONE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW. I came in to the buy the car the next day like they told me to and they told me the OWNER sold the car who lives in Arizona, NOT one of the managers told the owner that it was sold because there a bunch of xxxxx and they won't speak up to the owner. I just bought a car from them 4 months ago. They are a bunch of liars and they cannot be trusted. Go any where else but these xxxxxxx... you will have nothing but problems I promise you. Good luck

Shady business!!!

I just got off the phone with a sales person at the dealership. The car I was inquiring about was $28,000 online. After talking with the sales person I come to find out that there is over $2300 in additional costs and dealer fees before tax and title that were hidden from me until i called. This is shady business practices. They sell monthly payments and hide the true cost of the car from the buyer. Ever wonder why used car salesmen have a bad name? The reason you see beautiful dealerships is because they are robbing us blind.

Terrible Customer Service

We purchased an Atlas from VW of Wesely Chapel last month and have spent hours after waiting two weeks to get them to submit the title information to the tax office in our state. Horrible customer service. Hopefully they finanally sent it as there will be late fees if not received within 30 days. Also the temporary tags will expire in one more day, and I will be out more money to renew thesse in my state. In addition, the sales paperwork had numerous errors, including 2 different zip codes, and mistakes on our address and other misspellings. Now we will have to chase them down to get the overage that was paid, as the bank paid them based on the sales paperwork and the actual vehicle buyers order. In addition, although we purchased the vehicle, we had specifically asked about any scrathes and damages, and were told in was in great shape. They failed to disclose the fact that there were long scratches in the interior area near the hatch door. Dishonest and incompetent staff. Watch out and expect long delays in working with the dealership. Hopefull we will at least get our title and the money owed to us for the overage mistake.

Car Purchase

We saw an ad for a Passat. We went to the dealer and test drove the car, Doug Fernandez, one of the managers, met the trade in price we needed on our trade, and handled the sale very professionally. Within 2 hours we had our new car. Thanks Doug
