Appointment times are honored, service is done quickly, and all the steps taken in the vehicle's included checkup are detailed for the customer. The staff is friendly, and the wait area is comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee is a nice touch.

This is the fifth time I have completed this survey. Something is wrong with system. My salesman was Salvi Uddin. He did a great job and deserves a 10.
