You have to ask more questions.

You have to ask more questions. Very shady pre owned experience here. Maybe they care for their Ferrari clients but clearly not the same for others. Bought a $180K G Wagon here. They had pictures of the mileage on the listing. Never said anything about it. It took 3 weeks to get this car. We've done transactions like this in 4 days including shipping. From the condescending finance guy that tried to tell us it was an expensive car that's why some of the issues were there. (We have multiple exotic cars...we understand what cars cost and how it works) Then we get the car and it's got undisclosed scratches on it. The transport guy said that the sales guy told him "they know they are getting a pre owned car". This isn't a beater car at a Kia dealership. It's almost $200K. So no...we don't expect scratches and gouges in it that we don't know about. When we signed we found out the car was driven 1000 more miles by some manager. Too late with shipped paperwork. Apparently the "manager" drove it so hard 1000 miles that the alignment that was just done pulled to the right so hard it wasn't driveable. After $500 mercedes trip to fix this hard driven car we were back to normal. Also was delivered with a giant screw in the tire that only on the 2nd day....we had only driven it to the dealership to get fixed the air all leaked out of the tire. Worst part is I contacted the manager who said he would send me his info and take care of the $500 (least of my concerns here). I heard nothing. I reached out to sales again...nothing. So here I am making good on my promise to tell the truth. Classless condescending Car sales...not surprised.

I have been VERY happy with the overall sales process and

I have been VERY happy with the overall sales process and professionalism with my Client Advisor Emily Rose. This is now my second time coming back to purchase another vehicle with her. This dealership has a friendly demeanor and atmosphere. The service department excels as well and takes great care of my exotics. I trust this Naples Ferrari team and I look forward to working with them and Emily Rose for years to come. -Dan Naples FL

I wanted to do business with my local Ferrari dealer but...

I wanted to do business with my local Ferrari dealer but after trying to deal with Jim Iacovino, I found him to be inexperienced and unprofessional. I asked him four times to look at two Ferraris that I was interested in so he could get an idea of what I liked. Several days passed and he never bothered to look or to get back to me. I am very disappointed with Jim and his lack of interest. Unfortunately, I will be doing business with another Ferrari Dealer.

I wanted to take this time to give Ferrari of Naples a "FIVE STAR" review.  This dealership is owned by New Country Motor Group, which means it is not some "fly by night" operation, it is corporate backed by decades of automotive experience.  This is by far the most beautiful Ferrari dealership in the country, possibly even the world.  I would personally like to recognize client advisor Jim Iacovino and business manager Ron Belson.  Both men are dedicated professionals and I highly recommend you visit them if you ever stop by Ferrari of Naples.  I also would like to thank the management team, the technicians and of course, the detailing team who went above and beyond making a "used" car look "new".  The entire Ferarri of Naples experience was an A+ and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience, very professional and knowledgeable...

Excellent experience, very professional and knowledgeable team. I actually live in Dallas so buying a Maserati from a dealer in Naples sight unseen has it’s obstacles. Jim Lacovino was the Client Advisor I worked with and he did a really great job with providing me with the necessary details about the car including extra videos to help me make my decision. Once that was done, Ron Belson in Finance took care of the rest of the details and made the paperwork process very smooth and efficient. They then assisted in putting me in touch with an outstanding vehicle transport company to get my car to me. They managed the process from start to finish! Lastly, Helder Rosa the GM reached out to me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. This is the way to do business!

Frankly, after my discussion with them I am happy that I do not have a Ferrari. The representative I spoke with was more impressed that he was from Naples than trying to figure out what I was looking for. Not my choice if dealer.
