I was in the marked for a used vehicle. We saw one that was available at EchoPark and it was marked as a good deal. The experience was straight-forward. The pricing expectations were clear at EchoPark, the sale associate explained everything. Pretty the same you would expect at a dealer, but I think a bit more simplified. If I hadn't had an issue with my credit check (not EchoPark's fault), I would have been our sooner, but generally the whole process from coming in, test drive, negotiation, to driving off should take about 2 to 3 hours.

EXCELLENT customer service by Oraine and Nicole! They are awesome folks, very knowledgeable, and took their time to clarify everything as needed.

This is my first purchase at this dealership. The process is actuality quite hassle-free. It is refreshing to check the cars without the pressure. The no-haggle pricing was good, and the dealership didn't try to push any of the junk add-ons.
