Check cars throughly. I purchased one vehicle and had to bring it back within 4 days for an internal oil leak that needed serious engine repair. When I brought this problem within my 7 day deadline of purchase return I was advised it can be fixed which will leave me with a loaner for a few months. OR I could replace it. I then had to run my credit few times for new choices of vehicles when my approval should have been kept. And was promised a vehicle I finally chose to go through a recon service before it could be sold. When making that agreement I was continuously promised call back and contact between management and finance in the time to come in to purchase the vehicle and NO ONE contacted me on their own. I for 4 days in a row had to continuously call to get leadership to update me on a procedure and schedule they promised to upkeep it was exhausting. Although everyone is kind the process was very disappointing on top for feeling like I was being forced into a car that was not my choice. I was beyond the time I needed to trade in my vehicle so I had less options. I just wish it was less tiresome work I had to do on my end.

Will not provide detailed responses to emails to address money owed to clients. I have been emailing this dealer since February regarding a refund owed to me for tag, tax, title etc. My DMV in Florida confirmed they owe me $264. The dealer admitted via email they owed me another $64 but I have yet to receive any refund months later. Every time I email I receive the same response “let me check with our Controller”. Apparently the “Controller” or “General manager” doesn’t check emails or care about their customers. Worst customer service by NOT providing a resolution. This money is owed to me and doesn’t belong to them.

If I could give a zero rating, then I would.

If I could give a zero rating, then I would. I bought a car online then I was repeatedly told that I didn't to justify for them to take my money and try to sell the vehicle to another person. Still waiting for my 19k refund. BUYER BEWARE . Fraudulent company !!! (Edited: fraudulent is too nice of a word. Closer to: despicable, amorale, bigoted, absolutely disgusting fraudulent company)

The no pressure atmosphere was so nice.

The no pressure atmosphere was so nice. We were able to wander around the lot and look at a bunch of cars on our own. Then Robert let us drive several of them, with no hard selling.

Kendrick and TJ are very helpful.

Kendrick and TJ are very helpful. Nice people car was clean and delivered from Texas. Shipping was a little slow and there was front bumper damage out of the control of sales staff it came in like that.

Robert was absolutely excellent.

Robert was absolutely excellent. He answered all our questions, helped us figure out a few bumps we hit with my bank and was very nice to chat with. I am incredibly thankful for him as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Robert!
