We had overall a good purchasing experience at EchoPark. Robert assisted us - he was very nice and helpful, and not at all pushy. Giving 4 stars only because there was a lot of waiting around between each step even though we made an appointment for a specific car and didn’t require financing — they seemed quite busy and it seemed like he was juggling multiple customers. Saw a lot of other customers waiting around too. Will update review if unexpected issues come up with the car.
