I brought a Honda accord recently and 3 days in the vehicle stopped working now I have to come out my pocket for way more. Couldn’t have been checked and I’m not believing in the 190 point inspection. Now I’m being pointed towards a customer service hotline that I have to wait to get in contact with either by email or call. But I work tomorrow morning and they are saying wait 3 days…very inconvenient

Make sure you get your vehicle inspected before you purchase here. My girlfriend and I bought two vehicles in Feb of this year. While the sales team was very good to work with, the quality of the vehicle is not up to standard. Within 6 months of purchase we had to replace the tires on her car due to low tread and dryrot in the tread (not in the walls). During that they suggested that we get the brakes and rotors replaced. We took it to get a second opinion and they confirmed that they do need to be replaced and wouldn't suggest we take the car on a road trip that we have planned. Supposedly there is a 180 point inspection. Tires don't dry rot and lose enough tread that they need replacing in 6 months. Especially when her work commute is a mile. And you would expect that a car sold would have brakes that would last more than 6 months... I was told by Echo that this is likely just normal wear and tear and that we are out of the 30 day warranty. Oh, and for what it's worth, I needed an oil change 3 months after I purchased my Audi.

Mr. Thomas was amazing he answered all my questions and some and I was able drive off in my new car. Now sorry to say I has to call them back in the morning and take my car back the tirer stimulate light is on to get checked. Overall thank you Mr. Thomas. 10/5/2024.
