Excellent Dealership Experience

Best dealership experience you could ever hope for. No pressure, no shady business, just normal people that want to help put you in a car you like. David was an excellent and very helpful salesman. He set me up with the truck I wanted to see, answered every question I had, and explained the purchasing process very thoroughly. There were no unexpected charges, weird fees, or any other typical dealership trickery. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great place to shop

Great cars a a great value. These people want to sell and they will sell you a vehicle. I had no trouble getting the deal I wanted

Great people

Great people nice cars at good prices. I traveled 220 miles for the car I wanted and all in all it was a good experience

Asked for more pictures never received any.. Dealership 72 miles away.. Would have traveled to purchase vehicle.. All good bought a vehicle from another dealer

Hello, We responded in an email because that is all the information we had. We have a CRM system that tracks what emails and call get sent out. Early on November 7th you and Dylan our Salesperson were emailing back and forth. In one email you said you received some and that you wanted specific pictures of the motor so Dylan sent you those photos on November 7th at 11:03am. I am glad you found a vehicle that you liked but from our evidence it seems that we did everything that you requested. Best wishes we hope that you can you look back at your emails and see that we were trying our best to provide top notch service.

Horrible

We traded in a Subaru and bought a Honda Pilot from TennMotors on September 21st. 25 days later on October 16th we had to get it towed out of the middle of the road (N Roan St). It went into Neutral while driving and wouldn’t go into any gear at all. It was towed to a mechanic (10/17) that dealt with warranties per TennMotors request - they said the Honda was not under warranty anymore. Car was then towed to a Mechanic that TennMotors told me that they had a relationship with. Long story short the Transmission is completely out in the Honda Pilot that we had bought less than a month ago. The cost to replace w a used transmission is just under $5,000. I was in constant contact w both the mechanic and TennMotors about this. On 11/14 I finally got to speak to an owner, Martin, at TennMotors. He basically told me we had a 30 day/1,000 mile warranty and he would see if they could do anything else to help - Martin finally called me back on 11/15 and said they would pay $700 and some change and that after speaking with the mechanic that would basically cover the labor. I told him that seemed unfair because the transmission completely went out on a vehicle they sold me. He then got condescending and told me he wishes they had xray vision to see the internals of their cars. I told him again that seemed unfair and that I would write reviews and let others know about my experience. At this point he quickly told me ‘nevermind we wont cover any of it then’ and hung up on me. So, my family will be out almost $5,000 to get a used transmission put into a Honda Pilot we owned 25 days before being broken down with a shot transmission. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership. I will make it a point to let everyone I know aware of this situation. I was patient and calm during the whole ordeal, but this has been a horrible experience - both with the car we bought and with Martin. I never expected them to cover the cost completely, but would have thought at least 1/2 was fair. I mean, this wasn’t a small mechanical issue - its the transmission. The customer service was great while looking and purchasing the vehicle, but it was a nightmare afterwards.

Great Experience

Dylan is a phenomenal salesman, and will go out of his way to get you in a vehicle and happy. Great buying experience, first buy where I have no genuine concern about quality of vehicle. I know it’s going to be a great ride

Great experience

Kind and courteous service. A very pleasant experience. David the salesperson was very pleasant to deal with. He worked patiently and tirelessly while I secured my loan to purchase my Jeep.

David is awesome!

This place was great! David was very informative and super nice. I contacted him to look at a car and he had it ready for me to test drive before I got there. The sale process was easy and I never felt like he was rushing me.

2012 F150 Lariat

These guys were awesome, very patient and understanding. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Highly recommend buying from these guys.
