Would never buy from the Springs again,Will gladly drive extra miles to Medved to purchase a new car.Called ahead about car and they had exactly what we were looking for.

I purchased a car here after visiting another area Ford dealership. I thought the staff here were friendly, helpful, and nicer than at the other dealership.

This was my first service after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle here, and I was treated like the most important client in the world even though my first visit was free. No pressure to pay for unnecessary things.

Appreciated Alec keeping me up to date on my heater replacement issue. Took longer than we BOTH expected. Ha!

I brought my very newly bought 2011 Chevy Silverado in because of a check engine light flashing. I was very bummed as it was new to me . Talked to Tim in Service and he jumped right on it , said it was a cracked spark plug . He told me they were all to be replace by 100,000 miles so he said he replaced all of them including the cracked one free of charge . And i picked it up before lunch , it runs great . And the service was phenomanal
