St. Johnsbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

So I took my car to the Nissan dealership in Barre and my car needs a transmission and sway bar bushings. So I contacted Jeep in St.Johnsbury and now they are not answering. I guess they will be seeing my face when get back in town. I'm not a happy person right now. They need to make this right seeing that I'm within my 3000 mile warranty. I showed up and now they say I don't have a warranty on my car. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY THAT IS AFFFFILIATED WITH THEM.. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORD. I PAID $14,000 FOR MY CAR. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF I BOUGHT A $5000 CAR BUT NOT WHAT I PAID!!!!

Bought a half ton rebel from these guy I paid more For the half ton then a guy at work paid for the 3/4 ton with more options. They sold me a warranty and I cannot find any proof I have one in the paperwork I got home and noticed 2 dents one in Thebes bottom of the bumper and one on the hood. The bumper dent had rust on it where the bare metal was so I sent them the pics showing how it was impossible it was me because it’s alreadyy oxidized. We went back in forth for a while and then they cut me off and stopped talking to me all together over a 500$ bumper part. Don’t go here taken it from me

I spoke with Michael Cory about a Jeep. Put a $250 deposit down (which come to find out he never charged me for) on it but he was pulling out 2 small dents and meeting me 1/2 way (its a 3 1/2 drive for me) a few days later to complete the sale and take delivery. HE SOLD THE VEHICLE OUT FROM UNDER ME and had some other guy call me to tell me it had a transmission problem. What a slime ball move. Do NOT trust these clowns!

Every vehicle purchase is an adventure. The dealership wants to maximize their profit and the buyer wants the best deal. This is my second purchase at St. J. Dodge Jeep Ram. I came back and will come back because they are reasonable to negotiate with. I've walked out many times when buying a new vehicle. I didn't have to do that here. Both parties were satisfied with the deal. As it should be.

Worked hard to get the deal I wanted not the deal they wanted. I will return someday to buy again and will also recommend them as well as their service department.
