I had a very positive experience at Hyundai of Mission
I had a very positive experience at Hyundai of Mission Hills, thanks in large part to service advisor Ian Archer. Ian has been with Hyundai for years, and his deep knowledge of both the vehicles and the company really came through during a stressful time. Shortly after purchasing my new vehicle, I discovered it had a defect that required a replacement part to be ordered from Korea. While this understandably took some time, Ian was incredibly helpful—clearly explaining the issue, keeping me updated throughout the process, and making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. The dealership provided me with both loaner and rental vehicles, which made the waiting period much more manageable. Thanks to their support, I never felt stranded or ignored. Now that the part has arrived and the repair is complete, everything seems to be working as it should. I hope I won’t need to return to the dealership any time soon—but if I do, I’ll definitely be going back to Hyundai of Mission Hills and asking for Ian Archer. He made all the difference.

I guess it was a recall for the camera on the Elantra.
I guess it was a recall for the camera on the Elantra. I took it in midday got out in a few hours that was good. The camera that was replacing actually looks cheaper quality than the one that was already on it not sure why the recall. I asked them to check my brakes as it was making a loud noise. They did not even attempt to fix it or even possibly look at it if you ask me I'm sure they didn't even look at it. They insisted on a review and here goes. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'm not happy with the service they provided as my car still makes a noise on the brakes and I'm not happy with the reverse camera So for your review you get two stars and possibly lower if you took longer. I think the only good thing really here was the coffee.

I think the Mission Hills location is my new Hyundai service center.
