Had a great experience

As easy as it could be

Bought a used car here and had a very pleasant experience. Was assisted by Gary Peddicord, a consummate car-sales professional. He was good to his word, worked with me to find pricing that was in line with the market and then drove the deal forward. Even on a very busy holiday week-end the dealership got me from test drive to out the door in under two hours. The finance department was professional and low key. Thanks Medved!

Excellence above & beyond !

I purchased a new Chevrolet Cruze and could not be happier with the experience. Every step of the process I was treated with excellent professionalism and respect. Every detail was explained and every question answered. I would Highly recommend seeing this dealership when you are in the market to buy a new or used car. Mike Molliconi went above & beyond and was very detail minded in assuring that I was happy with the purchase. Kenny Ritz also made this a Win/Win as originally I wanted to purchase a used car. After talking with his Mgr Michael Chase, they actually recommended I consider a new car instead due to the financing/terms that were more advantageous for my particular situation. This is called integrity & customer service. Thank You !!

Cadillac Maintenance and Warranty Repair

Interesting that this survey would not accept NO for the answer to my recent service at Medved Cadillac? So I answered YES to get to the survey. I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. Two hours later the car was returned. In fairness, I asked if they would check the rear seat for a rattle noise (that I had it in for several days after the car purchased) . So was not concerned it was taking longer. So, two hours later the service rep told me they didnt have time to check out the seat rattle noise and I would have to meet with a manager ( not the service manager) who was conveniently not available about the rattle noise. At that point, I needed to get going and didnt have time to wait to meet with someone else. The service rep did not have any other information about the status of the rest of the car ie brakes, tires, mileage to next service etc. it is not convenient for me to drop the car off without a loaner car. And was told the availability of a loaner would have to be set up well in advance of the appointment. So here I am with a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Rattlemobile. I have not owned a GM vehicle since 1983 ( a 77 Pontiac Trans Am- also a rattlemobile). At this point Im sorry I didnt buy another BMW or a Lincoln which I have had exceptional service probably because they were exceptionally well built and low maintenance. Sorry to see nothing has changed at GM regarding fit, finish, controls, maintenance and warranty. Once the cars is out the door...caveat emptor.

Great place to buy a car.

I went to Medved on a spur of the moment decision. Jay Heartso was the salesman that helped me. He was very good to work with. No pressure, and helped get a car that I just love!

Honest and forthwrite

Had a good experience dealing with Dominic Ienna and Brett "Bull" Organ. There was an issue with website price but this dealer stood by it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Nice place to buy a car.

My new truck

Easygoing nice to deal with, highly recommend never owned a Chevy before but time for a good change.The ZR2 is so far the most impressive off road vehicle I’ve ever owned and driven

These guys are good.

Very pleasant new vehicle buying experience, no pressure tactics and process was pretty painless. I visited multiple dealers and these guys got right to it, found the car I wanted, and didn't drag out negotiations. Best price right out of the gate.
