Thank you for getting us our dream car! We worked online and by phone with Manuel and Charity who were very helpful and patient. Amazingly, Manuel was able to secure the hard-to-get Prime for us and when we arrived for pickup he treated us like family. Charity helped behind the scenes - on the phone when we needed additional information. Also, David went above and beyond to help us finance our new car. Teamwork at the dealership is exemplary. No wonder Toyota Gladstone won the 2021 top Oregon dealer award!

My wife and I went to the Gladstone Toyota Dealership on Saturday 3/27/21. We asked for Carl Chestnut because he is who wehave received great service from in the past. With Carl's patience and dilligent service and we're able to get into a New Hybrid Venza. We are very happy with the terms we were offered and we love our new vehicle. Carl was such an authentic person and exactly what I could hope for in a salesperson. I am delighted to have met him and I truly felt that he had my back and will continue to. Roni was great! We came in looking to buy a prius and were glad we did. Roni greeted us when we got there, was friendly without being overbearing, and really worked to help us find a car that would work for us. At no point did my wife or I feel like Roni was being gimmicky. She walked us around the lot multiple times, and despite being there for hours, never left us to go find another customer. She is a great person to work with, and we both commented that not only were we glad to have gotten the car we did, but we were glad that we got to work with Roni. We had a great experience, and when it is time to find the next car, we will definitely start at Toyota of Gladstone.
