Manuel delivered on his promise to get us into a RAV-4 Prime. When all the other dealerships were telling us 6-to-12-month waiting list, or even longer, Manuel took our number and told us he'd call us when they had an allotment due. We thought "sure, sure, he won't call", but lo and behold a little over a month later, he calls us to tell us he has our car coming in the next month. Manuel was knowledable, and excellent to work with. Definitely rate him 5 stars. Took one star away from the dealership overall because even though we paid cash for the car, it still took over 3 hours to get all the paperwork signed and drive off.
