I had been searching on-line for vehicles throughout the Midwest. It turns out all I needed was right in my backyard all along. Lake Shore had exactly the vehicle I wanted and I went over the same day it appeared in my search. The most important part of the buying, to me, is customer service and I must say that my salesman Jim Apostol did a wonderful job. He sells in the same manner I sell, low pressure and informative. I did not want to deal with high pressure, pushy sales people and Jim was never that way. He took care of everything I needed during and after the sale and I am very happy with the whole process. This is the second time i have bought a car there. Both times were really easy. They go out of there way to find you the right car for the payment your looking for. The also give fair price for your trade in. Both times i had Peggy. Second time she worked her tail off too find us the best deal. And she found us one.

Our recent purchase of a 2017 Ford Explorer was our fifth vehicle with Lake Shore Ford. Salesman Bill Ozug helped us with ordering our vehicle and communicating to us the expected delivery of our Explorer. Well it was my first time to purchase a brand new car and as a resident of Illinois the places I went to there did not make it comfortable so I went of the lake shore and received the great welcoming and service from the whole staff I'm a very happy man with there service !

Adam an the financial manager are the best at customer service. They stand behind their word an make sure to take care of the customer! Adam made sure to qualify the vehicle for my Grandfather, an make sure this vehicle was the right fit for him all around! The 2017 Ford Explorer is amazing!
