I have been shopping mostly online for a used car for at least 5 months. Chris Sheets was very professional and sold me a great car at a great price with no pressure. He reported that he does not work on commission. When I left the dealership with the car it was dark, cold, and raining. Visibility was already low and the defroster stopped working within about 30 minutes. I had to pull over and started thinking that I should have purchased the extended warranty. There was no owner's manual in the car, so I called Chris and he quickly sent me a short video showing me how to operate the heater, and called to make sure that I got it working. * I had inadvertently turned on the AC, which I did not know since I was not familiar with the vehicle. He really saved the day for me! In addition, he is sending me a replacement manual. I could not be more pleased with the value of the car and with everyone at Bosak Ford!

After shopping around at numerous car dealers, I ended up at bosak ford! Peggy was the sales person and man was she amazing. Honestly the whole team there was top notch. The sale was straight forward! No one tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. Information was politely offered and they were not pushy. The process was painless and quick. I highly recommend shopping here!

We worked with Elli when we bought our Edge. She was awesome, listened to what we wanted and got our payment where we needed it to be without pressuring us. Brian was great with explaining the warranties and finishing up our paperwork. That was our 4th stop looking at cars and by far it was the best and smoothest, not even 24 hours later and I’ve told 2 other families looking for cars to see them at Bosak!

I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still

I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 weeks and still have not been contacted by the dealership to bring it in for repairs. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office.

A very pleased customer

I purchased a slightly used Ford pickup truck a few months ago. The sales process was a great experience. I recently had some service done on the truck for a recall. I spoke with a service writer by the name of Chase. He told me the work being done would take about two days. Early the following day he left a message for me saying the truck was finished. His help and positive attitude were very pleasant. He is a credit to himself and the Bosak auto group. Thank you for your services. The salesperson who helped us(adam) was very knowledgeable about the car we ultimately purchased, he took his time to explain details about the vehicle answering all of our questions we were very satisfied with his expert help

Salesman was great, finance was frustrating

I spent most of my time with Bill, the salesman who was a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with purchasing a car from him. Everything was great until finance came into play. I then dealt with Socrates, the financial manager. When going through my finances, he told me one APR which I thought was high but I ultimately agreed to. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he snuck in another even higher rate on my paperwork without fully disclosing it to me. He also stated that this was the best rate he could get me even with my father cosigning, who has an excellent credit score. He stated that my credit score (which is average) didn't allow for his to really matter that much. This all took place after being at the dealership for 3 hours so I wasn't as vigilant in my review of finances with him. Overall I am very happy with the car that I got as well as my interaction with the salesman, but feel like I was given the run around when it came down to finances.

Took my F150 in for service and Ford Fusion they did a...

Took my F150 in for service and Ford Fusion they did a great job and gave me a fair price. And informed me if they found anything else that was wrong. I will continue to do business here from now on.

Easy to work with. I think we both got a good deal.

I think they gave me a fair price for my trade, and i got a fair price on the new truck. Easy to work with.
