Awesome high quality Dealership, every incentive on there website was applied to my purchase and more and great warranties. Got there at 4:30pm left around 7 in my new Truck, The salesman Pedro was very professional and courteous made me feel like family. Jason, the gentleman in finance was also very professional and courteous. No pressure no stress! Couldn't believe it I wish I knew about McGovern years ago.

I was surprised…no one tried to sell me a bunch of frivolous options. This entire dealership a real pleasure to do business with (by the way I bought the car). First dealership purchase - will be my next
After having gone to 6 other dealerships, I was exhausted of the games, pressure tactics, and ambiguity. McGovern Framingham was my last stop, and I certainly saved the best for last. Incredibly easy going salesmen (Joseph was awesome), up front and honest with zero pressure, receptive to your concerns and resourceful every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better first-time dealership purchase

Awful customer service.
I was interested in a Subaru on the lot. I called and spoke to the Sales guy, told him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I made a deposit for $2000 via phone. I visited the dealership next day to complete the purchase and was told they are not in position of the title and would not be able to complete the transaction for atleast 10 days. I cancelled the transaction and have been waiting for more than a week to have that $2000 refunded to my credit card. I have called numerous times and left various messages for the Finance team, the GM and spoke to the sales team and to date no response. Customer service is in NEED of fine tuning over at McGovern Framingahm.

The process for buying my truck was normal. The day I picked it up I was making sure all features worked. I noticed the front camera was not working, so I called the salesman to come out and look. The service manager called me about front camera. During that call, I mentioned that the windshield had a crack (which I noticed right before he called me, and I immediately pulled over and took a picture of the crack, so it would be timestamped). Service manager did not seem to think fixing the windshield would be a problem. I brought it back a week later to have these problems fixed. Upon bringing it back, I informed them of yet another problem. My taillight was cracked. What a waste of time this trip was. I left work early to go drop it off. Four days later, I went back to pick it up. The part needed to fix the camera was said to be on back order and they refused to fix my windshield. They refused to fix the taillight because it was not considered damaged, yet gave me a price of $1100 to fix it? Screws were left in the car. I have heard nothing back. The salesman has been zero help to me as well. He told me to call my insurance company to have the windshield fixed. On top of this, they didn't even have the truck inspected. By law, there should have been a state inspection. So now, I'm supposed to pay to get it inspected and have my insurance company fix the windshield. I paid almost $40,000 for this truck. I went an hour out of my way to buy this truck. The general manager has yet to call me back after I left several messages. This is horrible customer service. My brother in law was looking to buy a similar truck, and I recommended he not use McGovern. Their loss.

I always use them to service my car. I deal only with Jim in the service department. He is always helpful and a really nice guy. Haven?t had a problem there yet in over 20 years.
