Imagine flying from out of state to St Louis and then driving 2.5 hours to help your daughter with her first big car purchase. Imagine the smile on her face seeing a shiny 2020 4 runner waiting for her to test drive. This wasn't the cheapest vehicle but the one she thought was best for her and was available somewhat close to where she lives [not to where I live]. We agreed to a price and they were holding the vehicle with our deposit before I left town. Cashier check in hand, last step test drive. Now imagine the disappointment when the vehicle was FILTHY inside and out. Dirt, leaves, spilled beverages, dog hair, etc. Outside dirty. While test driving sales guy calls us, are you coming back soon I have another appointment! After expressing disappointment in the vehicle not being clean and ready to go after traveling so far, the sales manager, Luke was extremely rude, condescending to us. They took another attempt at cleaning while we waited and failed. We purposely left the liner to the cup holder out showing the mess in and around-not cleaned and simply returned to holder, all crevices full of dirt, outside was run through car wash but not dried and shined up, no shined up tires. While we waited for the detail shop we watched our "busy" sales guy wander around and chat with other sales members with nothing to do while we waited on the detail shop. Is this how you expect a 40,000.00 vehicle purchase to go? Especially for a client that you knew was traveling from out of state? I will never forget this and unfortunately neither will my daughter. Good luck to whomever buys that car. Because we did not!!!

Call David Slyman
David Slyman helped me with my new Macan. Explained everything before and after purchase. Had minor issues with left high beam headlamp and he assisted in helping to get it fixed. Service manager was recently let go and hopefully service will improve. Call David when you want a Porsche. He will help facilitate the process smoothly

Easy way to buy
Great group of people, easy to work with! Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.

My wife and I have purchased several Porsches over the years. Both from authorized Porsche dealers and from individuals. I saw a used Macan on their website and noticed they added a lojack and ceramic paint protection that added $5k to the price. Like vin etching, undercoating, fabric protects and extended warranties. Does Your Car Need Undercoating? - Consumer Reports < good explanation of the common dealer scams used today these are not necessary. I saw a car they had and offered to pay full price in cash less the lojack and ceramic coating as I did not want or need them. They said both has been already install and refused my offer, so I moved on. A couple weeks or so later they contacted me. I said I was interested in the Macan but as I said the last time I talked to them, I would not pay for the lojack and ceramic and I was told it was already installed. The salesperson said he would talk the GM and I was told a few days later the lojack and ceramic was not added to the car and they would accept my offer. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle and I sent them a letter explaining their practices were a little shady. I don’t want to give a dealer that uses those techniques my money knowing it will just encourage them to continue those practices. I cant even imagine how shady their service department is. I have the option as everyone does to spend their money and give profit to companies that at least try to be reasonably honest. If one part of the business, let’s say the sales department, is willing to take advantage of their customers what would make you think any part of their business would not do the same. This morning I get an email – Under new management. Not a surprise but I would not hang my hat that anything has changed. Under every car a lojack is still included in the price. I would not do business with anyone who forces a customer to buy a product they don’t want and they make about $1000 off every lojack sold. There are much better dealers out there!

We bought a vehicle today at Autohaus and we had the pleasure of being helped by Mike Carnegie. He was very helpful and did a great job. Finance guy was also amazing in the entire process. Thank you both for a great experience.

My husband and I, had a great experience with VW salesman Mike. Came in to test drive an atlas. Meanwhile had something hanging under my car. While test driving the atlas, Mike had the service men fix and/or remove the material hanging under my car. We didn't exactly find the exact car we wanted, but they are looking for one for us. Even called the next morning to verify all the perks were looking for. Id say we were very pleased with Mike and his crew. Looking forward to continue to work with them.

Never will I go again!
Never will I go again! Fixing my car without permission! Doing extra stuff I didn't even ask for! Unprofessional and condescending attitudes from Nick and Ben! Not sure how you all sleep at night. Shows true character of your business.Unless I paid for it all, they refused to give me my car! Pretty sad!

Hello, our team is extremely disappointed to hear about your recent experience at our dealership. Please reach out to us at Customercare@leaderauto.com, so we can understand the whole situation. We would appreciate another chance. Thank you!
I finally had to call about 2:04 on Friday the 26th, about my car and told them not to touch anything until I got back to them and of course Nick was his name proceeded to tell me that they already fixed it now not only on top did they fix it which I never got a chance to get pictures of it so I could submit a claim to State Farm because if I could have done that I could have got reimbursed for this. they also did my oil, my fluids and changed some oil plug that was going bad??? AGAIN never asked them to do any of that In fact never told them to touch my car until I let them know what I was going to decide to do so unless I paid the over the $400 yesterday I wasn't able to take my car I already turned them in to the BBB and Attorney General's office for consumers
I bought my Audi 9/2021, just finally got warranty work
I bought my Audi 9/2021, just finally got warranty work done 5/2022 that was promised a week or two after buying the car. The new Audi service manager Neal is incredibly nice and easy to work with. He is the only reason this is getting the three stars. When I purchased my vehicle, it turned out that my salesman Shawn Zachman, had warned his friend and his friends father not to buy it due to the work I inevitably had to have done under the extended warranty I purchased (and out of my own pocket elsewhere). I had only found out due to the fact the friends father worked for a pharmacy my company employed. I informed the sales manager who acted vaguely interested but nothing was done. I suggest using Neal and his team to service your Audi, but purchase the vehicle somewhere else because you never know when you are going to be laughed about because of your vehicle purchase at martinis on water st. (Another way I found out my car had a couple of problems and the sales department knew) 😔

Thanks for leaving your rating, Kyle. We are concerned that we didn't deliver on our high standards and hope you will allow us to make it a positive one. Please reach out to us at Customercare@leaderauto.comwhen you are able.
Very unhappy with the service.
Very unhappy with the service. Every time I call I always get the voicemail and no one ever calls back. I brought my car in for a camera back in April. Car was approved under warranty and almost a month later I had to call Autohaus back and still nothing done. So I will be taking be taking my Mercedes and service to Bloomington Mercedes. Totally ridiculous.
